"I honestly feel like my order was purposely put last! 2 others customers came in and place an order got their food all within 15 min. All I had was a 6 in sub/fries- ordered at 3:03 at 3:20 I still didn’t have my food! WHOLE LUNCH BREAK WASTED smelling food! IM HIGHLY IRRITATED AND ANNOYED I’m leaving with no food! I only get 30 min of lunch! And the fact I had to waste it sitting here thinking I was going to get food?! Unacceptable"

"My main complaints is that the prices listed inside the restaurant are NOT what you get charged for!! I paid almost $6 for zaatar and cheese pastry EACH, it it was listed for less than $3 online and on the prices board. This’s illegal!When I asked for extra tahini on my sandwich and remove the onion, she wanted to charge me $1 for the extra tahini and not refund me for the onion that I didn’t want!! Interesting concept.UPDATE: adding pics from the store, and the menue to show the prices advertised!! Check your facts before claiming honesty. Would have been better to own it up and admit it as a mistake, but no you choose to be rude.Food was fine, nothing special at all. Was planning on going back to try chicken sandwiches but won’t bother since I can’t trust what prices they list there!!!Or maybe she just wanted to charge me more and whatever prices they advertise are true!!! Won’t recommend"
