"I usually don’t review restaurants but something drove me and my partner to both review this place and it’s this AMAZING food. We ordered the picnic basket of 8 pieces of hot fried chicken thighs with 2 sides and 4 biscuits “for 2” and it was both delicious and MORE THAN generous in portions. The first bite of that freshly oven baked biscuit was like fireworks. On top of that, we came during their very late happy hour window (until 7pm) and whiskey drinks were ridiculously cheap PLUS friendliest waiters. All in all, a great meal in a great environment at great prices with leftovers for next day. My partner and I were surprised that not more people were inside enjoying this gem of a place. I really wish my hometown had a place like this. Please support this place during this hard time!"
