The service at the windows is excellent, and they always make sure to get the order right. I have loved the taste of their burgers since my grandfather first brought me there as a young boy. Whenever my sisters visit Albany, this is the only place they will eat. I usually order the shakebox and sometimes end up getting two hamburgers because they taste so delicious. I don't know why, but I end up devouring them quickly because they are just that good."
