"Food portions slightly on the light side, were always shameful compared to the competition; small portions. Food can be passed B or B. TRAINING ME is that this place slips into a credit card fee to complete the meal without telling the customer. You just pack it up. The server came to the table and pushed a credit card machine on my face so I could just pay without even showing me a check. When the numbers did not sum up in my head, I asked for a printed bill, and the server gave him congruently an acid look at her face, as I was unreasonable. No wonder this place is trying to cheat the customer. It was just a little over a dollar fifty, but it was the PRINCIPLE. It's a good thing for a DOLLAR and it's up to $100 PER DAY. And that's not the AMERICA. Do you actually profit an additional $3,000 hidden fraud fees per month when they average $100 of fraud fees per day? When did that start? What is there with a restaurant fees and hides it from the customer? It was certainly not stated on the menu that fees are bound to the bill. Unethical. It will not just go back to the principle of bad business practices of this place."

"I have been listening to this place from my friends. They liked the food very much. But, Post-covid, I believe their service has gone poor, and the food is not authentic. Or maybe it could be while I was there, but many people were leaving without eating and after the long wait for their food during my visit. I hope they will work on their quick service and food quality."

"On February 28, 2023, around 4:15 PM, I placed an order at this restaurant. While the food arrived on time, it was cold upon delivery. The Pad Thai Yu had far more noodles than vegetables, and the garlic chicken wings were quite dry. Additionally, the rice was mushy, indicating it was overcooked. I was very dissatisfied with the entire meal. I attempted to reach a manager but was informed they were unavailable, and my number was taken for a callback. Unfortunately, this was my first and will be my last order from this establishment. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I was really looking forward to enjoying the food based on how appealing the menu sounded. Ultimately, that $58.00 feels like money wasted."
