"Beyond the gift shop and ice cream section, the deli is where the real magic happens. The sandwiches are hearty and made with top-notch ingredients, and the bread tastes freshly baked. My friend ordered one of the deli sandwiches, which looked delicious, but since it was a Friday during Lent, I had to skip the meat. Instead, I opted for a cheese platter, which was fantastic. However, I was dismayed to find a mess of potatoes, cheese scraps, and bacon on the ground—they must have been leftovers from someone else.
To add a bit of heat to my dish, I drizzled on some hot sauce, which was perfect for the cool morning. After that, I enjoyed a generous caprese salad, which was absolutely delightful. Of course, the cheese is the star here. I'm planning to head back to LA this weekend to try more of their soup and to enjoy a slice of cheesecake recommended by a fellow diner. Who knows, I might even grab a sandwich for the road!"
