"I used to really enjoy the chicken teriyaki over rice, but lately, it's been disappointing. Half the time, it lacks flavor because there isn't enough teriyaki sauce, and I've also encountered issues like finding hair in my food. The main cashier is unfriendly and even drinks behind the food counter, which is against food service regulations. She can also be quite curt with customers. To be honest, even when the food is good, there's always a chance that the restaurant will be closed when you arrive, despite Google indicating it's open, and without any signage to explain. I think I'm done with this place. At $10 a dish, it's hardly worth it, especially when everything else is so poorly managed. I wouldn't be surprised if they shut down soon."
