"First, we are LONG time Jalapeños customers. They serve the best margs in Midlothian and their blanco queso is our absolute favorite. We tried their new location last week and were pleasantly surprised that most things are the exact same, just the way we like it. Their new building is spacious and love the new aesthetics. We were able to sit on the patio and their newly added misters and open breezeway was perfect! One thing I was very disappointed in.... The FRIES! And yes I know this is silly because fries aren't necessarily a staple at a good Mexican food restaurant. But they could at least be HOT. Was served cold, soggy fries with my jalapeño wrap, and it really put a damper on the plate. Plus, they are totally different cut fries. Bring back the thin cut, HOT fries please. We still love you Jalapenos! See you next week!"

"Open Table took our reservation weeks in advance, but the restaurant was not prepared for our arrival. Our reservation was at 1pm, we were sat at 1:20pm, and didn’t receive our food until 3:10pm. The restaurant did not have the staff to handle our reservation in addition to the many walk-ins that occurred during the time of our reservation. The wait staff did a great job but management was unwilling and unable to serve the number of customers they were able to handle with the staff on hand. When we let the manager know our concerns he suggested that we not tip our waitress instead of making a separate adjustment to our bill. We were 100% unhappy with the handling of our occasion today (aside from our very nice weightier) Would NOT recommend visiting Wasabi."

"I had been turned off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there the hostess did not confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 price difference. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium seldom (which it turned out to be), but it had no taste and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"I was in the mood for sushi and since relocating from San Antonio, I wasn't sure what I was in store for. They place has a clean look, I was seated quickly, and the wait staff was friendly. While I didn't partake, I did notice they had a full bar. The restaurant has an upscale feel to it, without making you feel like you were under dressed in a T-shirt and shorts. They had fry aged steaks, a hibachi grill, and a large alcohol selection. I ordered Gyoza and two roles. It honestly took a lot longer for my food to arrive than I was expecting, especially because the restaurant was basically dead when I arrived. The gyoza was alright, nothing special. It was roughly the same quality as an HeB gyoza. The two roles I ordered I've since forgotten their names, but I'll use my photos as a reference. The role with jalapeños was well balanced in flavor and had a good level of heat to it without being overly hot. It wasn't anything revolutionary in terms of flavor. The second role. I'm not really sure how to describe. I don't know who decided to put arugula on a sushi role, but their judgment should be re-evaluated. The arugula's naturally bitter flavor did not melt with the creaminess of the sauce that went on top. It was a car crash of flavors. I would definitely eat here again, but order a different set of roles. However, if I'm craving sushi I may just drive to San Antonio."

"the most fantastic sushi restaurant in cincinnati. wing on a laune, after an anime con, in the congress center and was blown away. fish is consistently delicious (fresh), good value, regardless of that it is halfway or not (it is on Thursday), and the rolls are different then what on any other sushi place in cincinnatis menu. they also have everything they can eat sushi. I almost don't want to advertise, that's such a good deal. make sure to pay sometimes the full price, because it is a true shade. I can't get away from this restaurant."

"Absolute worst experience at ANY restaurant I’ve ever had in my entire life! And I’m a foodie dine out a lot so I know what I’m talking about! For starters our reservation was at 7:15pm- we got there early, long story short we didn’t get seated until an hour later! Apparently they only had 2 servers for the entire restaurant 1 bar tender…the bathroom was horrendous and disgusting!! I was appalled. If the health department had made a visit that day I guarantee the location would be shut down! Then we get to our table and wait ANOTHER 30 minutes only to find out there were 4… yes 4 OTHER tables in front of us that had been sitting for over 40 minutes waiting on one of the only two servers chefs they had in the restaurant. By this point it’s almost 9pm we’d only just been sat at our table- not an ounce to drink, not greeted or anything. Nothing. I’ll NEVER go to this location again it made me seriously question the corporate operations of this company as a whole. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"My son and I have been going to T.G.I.Fridays on Friday nights for close two years now. For the first few months until a waitress name Nikki grab us. Now every Friday we go in and tell them Nikki and we have her!! She knows what usually drink and eat. Once we'll change it. If she's not going to be there she'll tell us. Then she'll tell her other workers to treat us good. She'll find out how things went. If things were bad and she'll find a way to make it better. We always give her a really good tip!! Seriously if you go to Fridays ask for Nikki!! She's the best. There are other people who are but Nikki is really the best!! She will make sure everything is to your liking!!"

"The food at this restaurant is always delicious. However, the quality of service has decreased in recent months. When we arrived at 8pm and inquired about a reservation, the hostess informed us that there were no available tables and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I checked the restaurant's app to see if we had been checked in. The app indicated that we were "dining". I approached the hostess and inquired about our table, to which she responded that she didn't recall speaking to me at all."

"Normally this place is great. Tonight they let us down pretty badly. We ordered Harumaki (spring rolls), Crab Rangoons, and the Chicken&Steak hibachi. The meat was very over cooked, steak was well done and chicken was as dry as the Sahara. The rice was ?dry?, maybe tepid and seemed as if it had been microwaved. The veggies were decent, actually good; like usual. The rangoons.. what did we even get? They looked like mini calzones or maybe pizza rolls? Not sure.. the filling was 100% cream cheese with no crab or Krab, and I 'm not a fan of eating straight cream cheese. The spring rolls had almost no filling, it was simply fried dough with the smallest amount of cabbage and very, very few bits of shredded carrot. We are hoping this is a one off experience and once I have the gut to spend the money here again I will update my review.Again, it 's normally pretty good. Heck, even the clear soup tonight was very watered down. My wife thought I was crazy until I asked her to try it; because there 's no way they could get that wrong too .Hey, Yaki, we 're all facing financially more difficult times.. Please let this be a one-off, negative experience. We 've eaten your food for years and have never had this type of experience."

"While traveling, our hosts/friends brought us here for dinner on a Saturday night. There were 7 of us, 4 adults 3 kids. We were seated right away and our server was friendly.Our grill chef focused more on the food than entertainment, but was kind and understanding of the small children.The food was absolutely killer. My husband and I shared the Koi 1 Dinner for Two as well as a Crab Rangoon appetizer. It was sooo much food and every single part of it was delicious. Best fried rice I've ever had.Highly, highly recommend!"

"We visited this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the chef was not only talented but also entertaining. They even sang for her and served ice cream, which made the celebration extra special. They took a family photo for us and printed it out right there, which was a nice gesture. There was also a code on the photo that allowed us to download it from their website. While the food was a bit pricey, we ordered everything that sounded tempting without checking the prices first, which made for a surprising bill at the end! We will definitely return, but given the costs, it will be for special occasions only."

"One of my go to spots. I just recently learned it's best to go after lunch and before dinner. We were able to walk in without a long wait and had a good view. We ordered the following items 1. Pan fried gyoza dumpling so tasty. It was crunchy in the outside but so soft on it inside. 2. Lobster roll I've never had this before but wasn't sure to expect. It was a lobster tempura lightly battered. It did not lose its flavor or texture from being fried. I love that there was a lobster roll and 2 hand rolls. Definitely worth it. This alone and the gyoza was filling enough. 3. Ribeye and lobster with 2 chicken fried rice I always order this because I can eat now and have some for later when I get home. Ribeye is tender and juicy. Lobster is the perfect partner to compliment the meal. 3. Ribeye and colossal shrimp with 2 chicken fried rice Sure when it's cut up it looks tiny but it's so flavorful. Honestly, there is nothing here this I've ever tried that I didn't like."

"Dinner was great. Birthday girl got an Old Fashioned late in the evening that was gross looking and kept sucking up what turned out to be cherries. I drink Old Fashions all the time and had never seen one like this. It honestly looked gross—like it had black tar. I asked waiter if that was normal and he said yes. We had to pay for it, but she couldn’t drink it even tho she tried to use the mixing straw bc cherry pieces kept coming through the straw grossing her out. And me...I tried and couldn’t. And I can drink almost anything. Other than the birthday girls drink being gross, it was a good dinner."

"Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with Beninhana...I ordered $211 worth of food today on MOTHER'S DAY directly from Beninhana NO middle service but from Beninhana... Completely messed up our order and sent us a $67 order instead. When called and asked about the mess up, the guy says will refund you. I said that's nice but what about the dinner I ordered? Are you gonna bring us our correct order? He repeats no no will refund you and hangs up. First off, how do I know I'm getting refunded correctly when your hanging up in my face 2. Someone that spent $67 got $211 worth of food 3. but 3 and most importantly.... WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ABOUT DINNER FOR MY MOTHER and family ON MOTHER'S DAY... i get mistakes happen but to spend $211 and on mother's day and to get treated with such disrespect AND left with no food on such a day is unbelievable and completely disgusting on your guy's behalf ???????????????????????????????????????? "The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. "I am from out of town (PA) and was looking for vegan options. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this restaurant! The staff knew exactly how to customize our orders (removing the egg and adding tofu with a delicious vegan Ginger Sauce).
