"Just had a bad experience usually eat there once every couple weeks. Went there yesterday and ordered my favorite dish which is their grilled chicken skewers It comes with rice and a Greek salad but it also comes with a ziki sauce for the chicken and without it it's nothing special. They forgot to put it in my to-go order by the time I got home there was no way to turn around and go back just for the sauce. When I called the restaurant they pretty much just said sorry and that was not a good enough answer for me. When you pay 15 bucks for something it should be done right. I understand mistakes happen but you should always do something to make it up to the customer. Who knows maybe they will now that I put this review on. I've owned restaurants for years and the most important thing is to make sure the customers are always happy. Even if they're wrong it's just not worth the bad press when a customer calls and explains the situation , do something to make the customer feel like you care and make it right. Don't just say oh sorry."

"Just dined at this restaurant for the first time and I have too many great things to say about it! The food is absolutely amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and arrives at the table so fast! The staff was awesome, our server Lynette was helpful in choosing good options and giving a great dining experience overall. At the end of the meal the GM Sebastian came by the table and and got to know us a little since it was our first time in! Beautiful restaurant and awesome dining experience! "I absolutely love this place I love the waitresses they are always so nice and helpful. The only thing that is lack luster is the HASHBROWNS. OMG it is unfair to this place for those things to be that BAD. Its like they are cooked in 10 day old Crisco shortening the after taste is really bad my father got sick on them and my mother and I refused to eat them. I dont understand WHY no one has said anything about it. Everything else is amazing! I love this place! I hope they fix this issue. The place really is so good!"

"I think this restaurant is slipping. They no longer have any butter for toast or pancakes. I was served margarine on my toast with no warning. I asked the waiter for butter instead, and was told they don't have butter anymore. It came across as very cheap. This is a chain. How can they justify such penny pinching? They are off our list of good places to eat here in Sonora."

"I wanted some good breadsticks. google led me there. I have eaten some god awful excuses for breadsticks this year. I ordered the Bosco sticks from remes. I was happy with them. Tasted like they could have been made from scratch. They could upgrade the dining room is about all I thought could have been better. Nice little place."
