"I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could (I only selected 1 star to submit my review). Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. I placed a mobile order through the app and, upon arrival, checked in using the app. I was informed that our corn dogs were just being made and would take 4 minutes. That was fine. However, after 20 minutes, I still hadn't received my order, and I was starting to worry about being late for my next commitment. I pressed the red button again and mentioned, rather curtly, that I would be leaving soon.
After another 3-4 minutes, I pressed the button again to let them know I was still waiting and that I would be late. They asked if I had checked in again, to which I confirmed that I had. Then, there was silence on their end. About a minute later, my order finally emerged from the kitchen, but with no greeting; they just started handing over the food and wished me a good day.
To make matters worse, my order was incomplete, with three items incorrectly prepared. I tried to call and notify them, but no one answered. I ended up paying a lot of money for abysmal service, including items I didn't receive, and my receipt proves it."
