"Sadly, the lack of staffing at this pizza shop, which no doubt is not because they haven't tried to find and keep workers, rather a result of our bloated economy and kids not wanting or needing to work. The sign outside indicated that they soldslices. The mouth watering aroma of their pizza drew me inside to order a slice. It took over 20 minutes to get it. Meantime,the owner was dealing with a line of people waiting to pick up their orders and a backlog of orders to fill. I'm afraid thatindependent family owned restaurants are going to be a thing of the past. The pizza was just OK though."

"We always grab a pizza on the way home from a weekend run. Great for family night. They always have random specials and pizza by the slice. With pricing going up on EVERYTHING, they seem to remain relatively low. Wheelchair accessibility: They don't have an ADA button, which could make it difficult to enter unassisted, but the path to order is clear."

"Have been ordering weekly for years, unfortunately tonight’s poor customer service will end that.Ordered a cheesesteak with provolone. It was delivered with cheese whiz and provolone. Called to ask for a a new sandwich. Was told even though I deselected cheese whiz (which they call cheddar) and selected provolone that it comes standard on that sandwhich I would have had to further specify in the details that I didn’t want cheese whiz . who orders a cheese steak with two cheeses, and why would I want something I deselected.This could have been solved with a simple apology and a new sandwich but I guess they value a $10 mistake more than a $50/week customer. Do better."

"We were here for my Moms birthday and had a party of six. We were seated immediately at a table we reserved but they were not horribly busy. It took us a while to decide on what to order, but we did get two appetizers. Once we ordered, they had two items on the menu that they were out of. Hummus being one and salmon being the other. It was 15 min after we ordered when the waitress told me they did not have any salmon in the kitchen. This was frustrating as I had to make a quick decision on what else to get. Our food took a while to come out and we saw other parties come and go. For the price range, I expected faster service and for them to have all the items on the menu. Overall, the food was great quality and we had a good time. We were there for over two hours. One other thing to mention was the way some of the staff were dressed. One waitress had on very short and tight shorts and a low cut shirt. Did not seem to fit in with the atmosphere of a higher end restaurant."

"This quaint takeout Chinese restaurant has a window where diners can observe the kitchen in action. I've been getting takeout from here for years whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Recently, I ordered a few dishes: Egg Rolls, Beef Teriyaki, and Chicken Wings. The Chicken Wings used to be one of my favorites, but this time they were just okay, lacking some of the rich flavor they once had. The Egg Rolls were quite tasty, not made with a celery base, yet they still had a pleasant flavor. Unfortunately, the Beef Teriyaki was a disappointment; it looked gray and had a mushy coating that was overwhelmingly vinegary. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it, which is rare for me since I really dislike wasting money."

"Gave us the wrong order. They put the heavy chicken fried rice on top of the styrofoam cashew chicken container so that it smashed the top in. The chicken fried rice container was dripping with so much grease that there was a pool of it in the big dent in the container. There was grease all over the inside of the bag and all over the sauce packets. They used to serve egg rolls that were hot and greasy, now they serve ones that are ice cold. Another time when we came my wife waited at the outside pick-up window for our order for an eternity because they forgot our order. They didn't remember the order so she had to tell them again and then wait again and they had the nerve to ask her if she had paid! This place has really went downhill from what it used to be."

"I've tried almost everything on the menu, and it's always delicious, even the pre-made slices. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is always prepared quickly. "While the food is always served hot, it doesn't taste fresh—it feels more like it's been reheated or frozen beforehand. I ordered a large shrimp hibachi, but the only thing large about it was the tray. The shrimp were small in both size and portion, and the rice was not fried at all. The house salad was quite disappointing as well, consisting of just a container of lettuce with one tiny grape tomato. The veggie spring rolls were mushy and lacked any noticeable vegetables. On a positive note, the snow mountain sushi roll was enjoyable."

"I visited the restaurant to pick up food for my family, not really knowing what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. The parking situation is a bit odd and the spaces are quite narrow, but other than that, everything was great. I personally ordered a Papa Rellena (stuffed potato), which was fantastic! The mashed potatoes were creamy, the outside was wonderfully crispy, and it was huge! Everything on the menu looked amazing and delicious."
