"Best Taco Bell experience of my life! Someone is safe OCD.... in the best way possible! The Taco Bell-Saucen packs were perfectly aligned in orderly rows stacked in the buckets and only by that I could say someone really well maintained. It broke my mind. The food came fast, it was all there AND it was delicious! In addition, the restaurant seemed cold when we came in and I barely mentioned it to my wife, but the next thing I knew the heating was up and the place warmed quite fast. It seemed like someone heard me and made an adjustment to the temptation. Honestly, I was in a LOT of Taco Bells and this place deserves 10 stars."

"This is the first taco bell to get my daughter's order right in 5 five years! Soft taco with sour cream instead of beef. Sounds easy, right? Well obviously not because our local TB and others in multiple states get it wrong every single time. They take the order down correctly, it's correct on the receipt, but we always end up with some random combination with beef. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. My daughter even asked if we can only ever go to this Taco Bell! The staff members were personable and service was quick too, which seems to be outside the norm for most Taco Bell/KFCs."

"I've visited this Taco Bell before and it was fairly decent, but today's experience was terrible. I won’t be returning to this location. I dined in with my family and waited about 30 minutes for three Number 7 meals—absolutely ridiculous! The employees seemed to prioritize the drive-thru over the customers inside. When our food finally arrived, they had forgotten two of the freezes, the quesadillas were uncut, and the chicken was as hard as a rock! The only redeeming item was one of the freezes; the other one was a complete mess. What a waste of money! As we were leaving, we noticed a man in the parking lot who had been waiting even longer for his food. His order was falling out of the bottom of the bag and was dripping with something unidentifiable. They had also forgotten most of his food. I was also very disappointed with the cleanliness. I saw a staff member using the same rags to wipe down tables, the trash area, the soda machine, door handles, dirty corners, and the floor! This place needs new management and staff!"

"Unlike other places around Cedar, Taco Bell, is usually very fast and my intricate orders are always correct. My orders are usually very meticulous and they do it with no complaints or excuses. If for some reason, which is once in a blue moon, theymay get it wrong, however they are quick to fix it, are not snarky with me, nor do any backlash for letting them know its wrong. As an apology, they usually give me cinnamon twists, for the wrong order. A+ service as usual. As compared to Maccas, whichyou must be a spawn of the underworld to get hired there, but only ketchup on my burgers, AS I WAS TOLD, is to hard for themand maybe i should go elsewhere. And so Taco Bell is always my favorite place to go, and apparently everyone else too, as thelines here are always long!"

"The late-night drive-thru at this location has really taken a turn for the worse. The wait times are excessively long. I've been here three times this week, and each time I spent 10 to 15 minutes in line just to reach the ordering speaker. There were seven or eight cars backed up onto the street, with only one or sometimes none at the window after the speaker. Once I did reach the speaker, I had to wait an additional 2 to 3 minutes before the employee finally took my order. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a drive-thru. When I spoke to the manager, he just offered excuses about being short-staffed."

"Truly a think outside the bun experience. There is a communal soda fountain here, unlike the Wendy's across the street.It's a combination KFC and Taco Bell, one of the few places you can get KFC and Baja Blast (KFC is trash though).There's also free WiFi.They had paint stored in the dining area when we ate there? A painter walked in and just stood by us until he finally asked if we could move so he could get the paint.Also someone smashed into the power poll with their car and the building lost power, so we had to leave."

"I will not order from this restaurant again. My order was never picked up by my Ubereats driver, who called to inform me that he had not received my food after claiming to be 1 minute away. The restaurant called to let me know I could reorder without being charged for the first order. However, the food arrived cold, the steak was flavorless, and the tortillas were soggy. It is unfortunate to say, but they could learn a thing or two about TexMex cuisine from Fresh Taco in Ridgewood, Queens."

"I had a great meal today, but I have a question for Taco Bell in general. I'm glad to see that you have finally brought back the Mexican pizza, but I would like to ask you to also bring back the enchiritos. I have been enjoying them since the 70s and even introduced them to five of my friends before they were removed from the menu. They were so flavorful and unique compared to everything else on your menu or other Mexican restaurants I have tried, including some high-end ones. We were all disappointed when they were taken off the menu. Sometimes, new items are not always better. I even had a server who would specially make them for me, but she has since left and my friends and I really miss them. I was pleasantly surprised when you brought back the Mexican pizza, and I hope you will do the same for the enchiritos so that I can visit Taco Bell more often."

"Literally the worst order i have ever received not only was i missing stuff but my food was actually just thrown in the bag and hanging out of the wrappers, And my burrito was the actual size of a chicken nugget almost like it was a joke because i don’t think you could possibly mess something up that much!! "My mother had a dentist appointment near Lemon Grove, and as soon as her appointment was over, she wanted to eat at a Del Taco, so I looked for one nearby. We love Del Taco 's food, but this time, it was one of the worst experiences I ever had at a location. The manager in charge wasn 't as friendly as others. 1st- She took our order and did not repeat it to make sure it was correct. 2nd- She did not give me a receipt, nor did she let me know which number I was. 3rd- When my order was ready, it was given to me in take out bags when I asked her that it was for dining there. 4th- As I was eating, I saw that everyone who placed an order repeated the order and given a receipt, at least 3 different people. I don 't like to complain about stuff like that, but I honestly felt like I was treated in a harsher way. I live in Imperial, and the Del Taco that I go is really professional and friendly.....something I did not feel there. Like I said, I don 't like to complain, but I simply wanted to warn you before anyone else have a similar experience there."

"This place used to be my go to for food, since it's usually pretty quick and I can order online to ensure that I get what I want. However that has not been the case lately. It's been real hit or miss whether you actually get what you ordered, even through the app. Some of the staff is actually quite rude, telling me to stop ordering through the app, as well as just being generally unpleasant, even when I have to see them for less than 30 seconds. I can understand not being upbeat at all hours in a job like this, just... Don't be apathetic man. I'd avoid this place until they get their act together."

"It doesn't get more authentic than this -and that's saying a lot for West New York. It's usually bustling on the weekends. Food is Delicious with capital D, and very reasonably priced too. No children's menu but ask your server for chicken fingers and fries if that's your thing. Try the pozole. Order an horchata drink. Every sauce that comes with the complimentary chips is super hot. Every one. That said, don't expect a franchise look and feel nor any polish in the decor. It's very mom-and-pop. As a rule of thumb for Mexican restaurants in general: the worse the mural on the wall, the better the food."
