"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They disrespected me and my child, and I'm considering pursuing legal action for discrimination. The staff was unkind, and I will not be returning with my family to this unclean establishment. When I asked if they could turn down the television, the response was that they didn't have a remote. I also felt uncomfortable when they refused to serve us because we don't speak Spanish. This is the United States; I don't understand why that would be an issue. If there are problems with that, maybe it’s time to point out the way to the freeway."

"I ordered a beef burrito to go because I picked up a flood order. When I got my food and the customers food. I started getting my burrito and noticed that it was fat and watery, but I had already stared at the trip and couldn't get back. When I eat, the fat, watery juice gets over my hands and my clothes. What a mess I did. I've never ordered a greasy watery burrito. That was my first order from them. When I saw them all eat. And looked good. I stepped out to use the bathroom and when I came back, my food was ready. Less than the ten minutes they told me. I was the only black man at the time. They made all Mexican foods all look good and tasty and made mines all soggy and watery. I would never order them again."

"Had really high hopes for this place since of the awesome reviews and I know of a few people who recommended this place. I ordered 2 chicken tacos and my husband got the two asada taco combo plate with an extra asada taco on the side. SUPER SMALL TACOS for 2$ each!! The flavors where for sure there BUT the asada meat and chicken meat where horribly dry and some peices burnt. The meats where flavored nicely but what's the point if there dry ? The rice was way overcooked and mushy, litterally my husband was making a sculpture outta them lol, The pinto beans where basic. The tortillas where semi hard and not fresh. The chucks of onions inside the tacos where huge and not chopped finely , so biting into one throws off the flavors and all you taste is intense onion. Skimmy on the cilantro. Guacamole on the tacos tasted good and was a refreshing touch. Salsa was on point, especially the green ones. Grilled onions at the salsa bar are not very grilled at all and again are in huge think chucks. Would like to see cilantro at the bar too. price for both meals was a little over 15$ so it was affordable but for the quality I could have gotten way better elsewhere for the same price. The Jamaica drink was very good and the highlight of my meal. The gentlemen who took our order was super nice too But... Wheres the passion and love in the food? Overall a disappointment and we will probably not return as it was nothing to ride home about. Such a shame cause they seem like they have good potential.."

"I was quite impressed with young girl customers service they charge for using card because it is small business so is cost them money and they small taco stores so didn't charge extra. 75 cents because she understand that I was there first time it was very nice justure than I ask for water apparently they didn't had so she goes to refrigerator and brings me water bottle free .that has me blown away if you go down street most Arabic places sell food they make you buy water and there dishes are like 30 plate .support this small business please"

"This is some damn good food. Authentic flair, I felt like I was at the mercado in Juarez. We got the nachos (not a normal entree we get, but they were fantastic! . We also grabbed a brownie-loaded piece of cheesecake. I'm not sure if they make their own desserts but it was honestly the best cheesecake I've ever had. I bet this place is packed during the weekdays at lunch! Excited to go back and try some other numbers on the wall."

"I don't usually post reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because the food was disappointing. I ordered the steak fajita dinner, and the menu picture showed delicious, large pieces of juicy steak that looked appetizing. However, what I received were tiny, square, dry, and overly salty bits of what seemed to be the same cheap steak used in their tacos. It was simply awful. When you think of a steak fajita dinner, you expect thinner strips of tender, juicy skirt steak that are enjoyable to eat. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Just sharing my honest opinion!"

"I must say, it's quite disheartening to read all the positive reviews only to be let down. I had planned to take a group of coworkers here next week, but after my experience today, I’m relieved I didn’t. I’ve been craving Birria, so I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. Sadly, both the Birria and the Consommé lacked flavor. My friend ordered a Torta and a Taco, and they were just as underwhelming. I genuinely hope this was just a one-time incident, considering the great reviews, but I'm not too optimistic. I'm really disappointed. Furthermore, charging $17.99 for just three pieces of Birria without any rice or beans seems outrageous. That’s the highest price I’ve encountered so far!"

"KFC was closed so I went in to Los Alazanes Mexican Food to use the restroom I seen the sign Restrooms for customers only cool, fine I 'm happy to pay, I need to pee! I asked to use the restroom and they said it 's only for customers. I then said ok, I 'll buy something Erica told me I 'll be with you in a minute... Ok I needed to pee, clearly. I even interrupted the order that she was taking which is completely out of character for me but I really had to go. She had me stand by the counter while she was taking another customer 's order while I was on the verge of peeing my pants! But I was trying to keep my cool I then asked another employee, insuring them I would buy something I just needed to go to the restroom. He looked worried but politely handed me the key which was in reaching distance of Erica, to the gentleman who saw my struggle, thank you good sir. Afterwards Erica was more than happy to take my order, the exchange was polite and professional know that I was labeled a paying customer.I only bought a drink so I don 't know how the food fairs so I won 't rate on that but the service is a toss of a coin depending on who you are.A message to management and Erica, treat people with more respect."

"solid mex restaurant. prices are super fair to start. get a tonn chips when they order them, a lot for 2 or even 3 people. the steak burrito was very high quality and meat had great taste. I'd say it's medium. the avocado and the cheese had very good taste and ripe. might have used some more cilantro/lime/onion? the rice was good albielt a little dry but good taste, average maybe. chips were very crispy and no salt. but they contain salt packages. by far is the only conus I can think of, the salsas. Both were about the same sharp. the green tasted close to what you would expect, but made with tasteless jalapenos. the red tastes as if it was legitimate missing ingredients. no smokey taste, no chili flavor, I just have no idea what the red is trying to do. can not wait to try the tacos next and focus more on the meat. I'll be back soon."

"I ordered a sope and two tacos, and everything was delicious. The sope came with salsa, which caught me by surprise; so if you’d prefer it without salsa, make sure to specify that when you order. I personally loved the salsa, but since the sope was intended for my daughter, who isn’t ready for spicy food yet, it was a bit of a mix-up. The carne asada in the sope was incredibly tender and full of flavor."

"We usually stop in the grocery a few doors down for fresh tortillas and decided to stop in for lunch. There was one server working and she was busting her tail waiting on all the tables and doing take out. Ordered: horchata big and delicious Chicken enchilada with verde meat was tender and the sauce excellent Ordered a steak sope and was surprised at the large size more like a huarache size. The sope was fresh and has the right amount of chew. The steak was browned and flavorful. Fantastic dish over all and we will prefer it again. Service was as fast as expected with one server but she was friendly, kind and seemed very capable. All the patrons seemed to realize they were short staffed and were patient for their turn of service. We'll return again for sure."
