"The service was poorly expressed upon people struggling with mental illness, homelessness, and poverty. I'm a Legal Nurse Investigator providing an eye opening of business poor education on morals, ethical code, state of equality, and diversity. Today the favoritism behavior and presumptuous suspicion from staff against my demeanor reflected that of categorized as homeless (unable to pay/unwanted guest) the outstanding lack of reprimanding from franchise or corporate chainstores regarding training orientation to staff on: Mental Health/Co occurring Disorders Education Diversity and Culture Sensitivity Xenocentrism vs. Ethnocentrism and the Poor Disposition of Professionalism displayed to selected guests Inability to provide effort on Business Productivity and Ethics Unhealthy Food Preparation Presentation and Disregard for Customer Safety and Preservation of Dignity Establishment Staff Covert Harassment against me without valuable evidence to convict upon societal judgment as a: homeless man as a so called thief portrayed as an assailant due to having monotone face, no aggressive tone, look, presentation, or association subjected aggressor. Publicly Shaming Me upon arriving guests and current guests. Social Shaming and Antagonizing an individual diagnosed with Mental Illness is the same as a Bully Harassing A Disabled Child. Basically showing favoritism to anyone that is not a tall male, with dark skin, quiet, and that payed for his meal and is not filled with gluttony and greed like her other unlawful guests that never paid a cent. And their windows are infested with flies. Will not ever come here again unless I see training by NAMI, SAMHSA, BHPD, etc."

"At that point, I expressed my concern that she should first sanitize or wash her hands before handling my food, as I knew she had just been cleaning. She responded with a dismissive attitude, claiming she was wearing gloves. I pointed out that this was still concerning because her gloves could be contaminated with cleaning chemicals and other substances. She touched the gloves to remove them, meaning her hands were also exposed to whatever was on the gloves. Her lack of proper hygiene practices when serving customers was unacceptable. It would have been much more appropriate for her to wash or sanitize her hands first, especially since I had politely made a request. This isn't just about good hygiene; it's also about basic courtesy. I felt very uncomfortable and ultimately decided to leave. Management and staff need to pay closer attention to hygiene standards, especially in light of the ongoing pandemic. I have never encountered such issues at places like Panda Express or PF Changs. It’s disheartening that lessons from the pandemic seem to have gone unlearned by some. Proper sanitation and hygiene are vital, and they should be emphasized as part of the training for staff. Perhaps this is one of the reasons our country has faced such high COVID-19 death rates, and the numbers continue to rise. It’s frustrating that our nation has had to endure the negative impact of poor leadership during this crisis. Some people appear to be either unaware or unwilling to accept the reality of the pandemic, often due to misguided loyalty to leaders who have mishandled the situation. This attitude doesn't benefit anyone, as we’ve clearly seen over the past two years. I recommend that those who remain skeptical visit hospitals to witness the daily toll of severe COVID-19 cases and deaths. Maybe they would finally grasp the seriousness of the situation. It might take seeing a loved one become seriously ill for them to recognize the truth that is very evident to many of us."
