"The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the secret is in the sauce. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking and a drive-thru option. I always order online in advance because the food is made to order and can take some time. The quality of the food is consistently good and most of the time my order is made accurately. However, on my last visit, they forgot to add the extra meat I had ordered. I reached out online, and the manager/owner responded promptly to apologize and offer a refund. Mistakes happen, but the outstanding customer service and accountability shown by the staff was greatly appreciated."

"I ordered a chicken bowl with vegetables on the side, and I have to say, I was really disappointed. The portion was tiny, and it feels like they really don't care about their customers. It makes me wonder if the workers are worried about it coming out of their own pockets. It's a shame that we have to pay over $10 for just some rice and chicken, and they can't even fill the bowl properly. Honestly, if I wanted a small serving, I would have asked for the vegetables mixed in with the rice. I won't be coming back! Just a heads-up, if you order vegetables on the side, expect to get even less than what you would with them included in the bowl!"

"I 've been a devout fan of Waba Grill for years, even more so after the debut of Boom Boom Tacos. After having so many positive experiences at the Van Nuys Santa Clarita locations, I 'd stopped by the Simi Valley restaurant for lunch. On two occasions, the shrimp in the tacos I ordered maintained their Tails, and when I asked the Mgr if this was normal I was quickly met with Yes but before they could turn away I asked if they themselves eat shrimp tacos with the shrimp Tails attached, to which they also replied in the affirmative I understand making mistakes or being caught in a pickle [read: lie], but own up to it, we guests are neither idiots nor do our stomachs possess the enzymes necessary to digest chitin I really like Waba Grill but I 'm never returning to this one. "On July 6th at 6:08 p.m. ordered Bowl and added avocado; it had black Parts on it I took a picture I sure did the person when I place another order today to please do not put up a, that 's black. She told the other girl with a ponytail and curly hair andshe made a face sarcastically and I 'll hurt her tell the cook not going to eat black avocado. So the girl that was preparing thefood I showed her the photographs on my phone and she said to my surprise: there 's nothing I can do that 's how we sell it . Idid not appreciate that answer and I spoke with the cook and he had the right attitude indicating that the girl was in error ofher attitude and he was sorry that we got the black avocado on the last order. People shouldn 't get fired they should getretrained; but more importantly, people that get hired need to have the right attitude and food service it 's not an easyjob dealingwith people. But you have to be polite and hear out the complaint if there 's any with the right attitude"

"Ordered a sweet and spicy bowl at 4: 40 pm. Chicken was dry and looked like it was sitting there. Wouldve came back for a redo order and wait for fresh chicken. Payed 16$ for dry chicken. Wont be coming here again. Please if food is sitting just throw it away and make food as the orders"

"I visit this restaurant twice a week, and I've always appreciated the good customer service from the staff. However, today was a disappointing experience. When I stopped by to pick up my food, the lady at the register was engrossed in texting. Despite knowing I was waiting, she finished her text before finally asking if I was ready. When I told her I was there to pick up my order, she went back to her phone and continued texting while logging into the computer to check my name. Throughout the entire exchange, she didn't once look up at me. I ended up sitting down and waiting while she remained focused on her phone. It really felt like my presence was just an interruption during her busy texting session!"
