"In January 2020, my partner and I, along with another couple, went there for breakfast. The food appeared to have been sitting out for hours, and when one of us ordered a sandwich, it took an eternity for it to arrive. When it finally did, it wasn't made correctly, so he politely asked to have the garnish removed. She insisted on taking it back to fix it, but when they returned, it was still not suitable.
By that point, we lost our appetite as the food was unappetizing. After trying to explain that we couldn’t eat what was served, the new owners reacted by throwing things around in the kitchen and loudly arguing with their staff, creating a scene that was uncomfortable for everyone. We didn't dispute paying for our meal, but all we wanted was to pay for what we could consume. Instead, we felt compelled to stand in silence while they continued their commotion.
Eventually, they tore up the bill, and all four of us agreed to leave without paying for something we couldn’t eat. The commotion had drawn the attention of everyone in the restaurant, and we were reluctant to leave, fearing they might accuse us of not paying.
Sadly, I can’t recommend this restaurant anymore, nor do I plan to return. I would leave my name, but I know too many people who might recognize my experience if they ask."
