While I had hoped for something delicious, the flavors were lacking and the overall quality was disappointing. **Service:** 3/5 The service was decent, but nothing to write home about. The staff were friendly enough, but there were moments when I felt that they could have been more attentive. **Atmosphere:** 4/5 On a positive note, the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The ambiance was inviting and made for a nice dining environment. Overall, while the atmosphere was enjoyable, the food and service left much to be desired. "I was in the drive-thru line when a girl named Sara assisted me and provided terrible customer service. She stated that she does not assist Mexicans and told me to go back to Mexico. She also mentioned that she was racist and believed that my people should not live in the United States. I am fluent in English and have lived here my entire life. This behavior was very unprofessional and I will be taking legal action against Burger King."

"Cashiers Deviny and Brittany have service skills. I don’t see what is wrong with some of these people leaving negative reviews on here. I have never had bad service. Cashier Deviny always lets me know that I rule the kingdom which makes me feel cool. ️ The 2/$5 whopper jr. Duo is tasty. I love getting one bbq bacon and cheese and the other plain. Also some of you need to keep in mind that they are teenagers working at a burger place not your servants or maids. If you treat them badly you get bad service for being a bad person. Sincerely someone who has had a food service job. Parking: I suck at parking so I park far away at dominos because their parking lot is always empty."

"We ordered via the app yesterday but were unable to find a kids meal to add to our order, so I placed the order online and figured that I would order the kids meal once we arrived at the location. I walked in to find several people upset with how long their wait times were. It was not busy at all, maybe one table had people sitting at it. There was a young lady asking about her order, she was told that they were not going to answer any more questions about it. After about 10 minutes, they finally had her order ready. The guy in front of me had placed his order before I walked in, but said he had been waiting 25 minutes. The two in front of him said they had been waiting 40 minutes. It took over 10 minutes before anybody took my order (again, just for a kids hamburger meal) and a wait time of near 30 minutes. Our food was cold to boot. The location was filthy, the workers had bad attitudes, and they deliberately took forever to get orders out. In my over 40 minutes of being there, they only served 4 groups (in addition to the ones above, a DoorDash guy came in and had to wait almost 25 minutes). I will never visit the Valley, AL location again."

"Went through the drive through around 8:30pm. Asked what came on one of the burgers. Then we asked for two of those burgers but we made modifications. We only ordered 5 food items and one drink. We repeated the sandwich orders back to the person taking our order. They just asked if the screen was correct without repeating it back to us.. We repeated it 3 times to the person that took our order. We asked if she got what we ordered and she said yes. We pulled up to the first window. We asked the cashier to please double check our burger order. Because the screen didn't match what asked for. He said ok, let me tell the kitchen staff. The manager came to window snapping at the cashier and told him that isn't what we ordered. She said that I repeated their order back to them 3 times. The cashier apologized for his manager's actions and behavior. He said unfortunately, miscommunication happens. We said it is ok, we understand. The cashier was more professional and put together than manager, sadly. We received our burgers, only for the sandwiches to be cold and have the things that I asked for not to be on our food. I had two bottom buns. One of the buns had crusty, crunchy white stuff on it. In the time that it takes to scrape off the old product. You can make a new sandwich. We rarely go out, due to the economy. It was waste of time and money. I've worked in fastfood for 10yrs. I understand it is the holidays and most people are rude. I understand that you cannot make everyone happy. I also, know to treat everyone fairly. I hope that the manager is able to find her peace again, in fastfood."

"We had a great experience at our table by the window, which was ideal for our family of five. Our waiter, Gonzo, was delightful—fun, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was good overall, but I found the perch special to be just okay, not outstanding. On the other hand, my grandson absolutely loved his mac and cheese burger! I appreciated being able to make a reservation, ensuring our table was ready upon arrival. Although it wasn’t crowded during our visit, I know it can get busy at times."

"The slushy and freeze machine seems to work only about once every ten times I visit. The food is rarely served hot; it’s usually just at room temperature. The woman at the drive-thru window always has an unpleasant attitude, regardless of how polite I try to be. The chicken nuggets are consistently overcooked and incredibly tough. Today, I stopped for two hot chocolates and was shocked to find they cost $2.50 each for such small cups. While the hot chocolate was hot, it tasted more like chocolate-flavored water. It was truly disappointing. I'm not a hot chocolate expert, but I can confidently say it was the worst I've ever had. Even my 4-year-old son, who loves chocolate, said it was "yuck." I would have preferred to go out of my way to Tim Hortons, where I could get a larger size for $1.69 and much better quality. Burger King seems to be declining in quality, not just at this location but across my local area. They are starting to become worse than a gas station convenience store."

"Tonight, I went for a half-hour stroll near the Hiram G. Andrews Center campus and decided to stop by a Burger King located just outside the Westwood Plaza, a strip mall in the suburb of Westmont, Johnstown. To my surprise, this location is one of the few Burger Kings left in the country that still features a playground for kids. It really takes me back to the nostalgia of the 2000s!"

"I go to this BK 3 or more times a week during the lunch hours... 5 star service everytime. I go here 1 time at 9:45-ish at night and get some of the worst service and horrible BK I 've ever gotten... and I used to frequent the MLK/Rainier one all the time, js... I get to the parking lot and the dope feinds are bad, real bad. Then at the box i didnt even know if it was open and almost drove off until someone said 'Uh. What? Can I help you? There were no drive thru lights, no lights foreseeable through the drive thru window and the order screen was broken. The milkshake was literally milk flavor on the bottom (and it was vanilla smh) and soft serve in top..no mixing required? Ok. And my original chicken sandwich was obviously from dinner rush, even the bun was stale as if it was toasted hours ago. I will say, I gave them 4 stars instead of 2 because of the daytime crew. Management needs to get it together. The light skinned round man leaves alot to be desired and avery bad taste in your mouth on the night crew. The short lady in the day makes up for EVERY experience I 've ever had there... smh.Parking: DO NOT PARK THERE!!!! Use the drive thru and keep your windows up at night."

"I was glad to see the staff return after the restaurant's renovation! I had a lovely conversation with my favorite employee, who must be in her 80s. She is the sweetest lady I know! Parking is ample for both customers and staff."

"I arrived today at 1:45 PM, and the woman at the front counter completely ignored me for a while, telling me it would be a minute because they were busy with orders. She kept complaining about the cooks putting the food in the wrong place, which was causing confusion. After waiting for 10 minutes without having my order taken, I decided to leave. I took the picture attached as I was leaving; that truck was the last in the drive-thru line because of the chaos. I ended up going to Wendy's, where I was seated and served my food in just 7 minutes."
"This restaurant quickly lost my favor. I initially rated it 4 stars until I started encountering problems. On my first visit, I had to wait 20 minutes for just a few items. They claimed my food had to be cooked fresh, but by the time it arrived, it tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for ages. I overheard the manager loudly telling his team not to worry about customers waiting too long, as they should expect to have to wait for their meals. I found that attitude quite surprising. I didn't return for a while, but when I did, the same manager was there. He took my order and rudely interrupted me while I was trying to explain my sandwich preferences. Another customer, who came in after me, was ignored by the staff until the manager eventually informed him someone would be with him shortly. When I got home, I realized I was missing part of my order that I had paid for. I tried to call back with a question but didn't hear back for days. I won't be going back. I originally gave them 4 stars, but docked 1 for the 20-minute wait without explanation, 1 for the rude employees and inaccuracies in my order, and 1 for the lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I will be sure to warn everyone I know to be very cautious about dining here! As a follow-up, they just sent me an email requesting feedback on the issue. How can they ask me for more feedback when they haven't even addressed my initial complaint?"

"I had to wait 11 minutes for my Whopper Junior, while the person who ordered after me—a sheriff who ordered a Double Whopper with bacon and fries—received their meal first, along with an apology for the wait. I asked the girl at the counter why I didn't receive an apology and why he got his food before me, but she couldn't provide any explanation. The management here isn't great, and the only reason I came is that Whataburger was too crowded. This is why you struggle to provide competitive service in this area!"
