"I placed an order on December 2.I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a Big Buford. I ate a few bites of my chicken sandwich before I realized it was uncooked. I called the restaurant and was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to call the 800 number, so I called the 800 number and was told that corporate would call me because they had to issue the refund. It is now December 18 and I have called a few times, and I keep getting the runaround. I’m told that corporate will call me, and I have not heard from them. My husband also did not eat his burger that day because he was grossed out over my chicken. IF you have a problem at this restaurant, the restaurant itself cannot issue a refund, and I’m debating if corporate even exists at this point. I have been told now 6 TIMES that someone would call me. Luckily, I did not get sick because if I would have I filed a lawsuit.INTERNAL FOOD GAGES exist for a reason."

"If I could give a negative 10 I would . One worker standing outside smoking 2 others acting like children were also outside when we pulled in, the girl Kaley was very unprofessional couldn't even take a simple order of 1 ice cream cup and 1 cone.. she pretty much tossed them through the window and slammed the drive through window, without giving me a spoon and neither of us any kind of napkin .. Looks like this place needs to reevaluate their hiring protocol... I will never ever come back here nor will I recommend this one.. I'll stay to my favorite checkers on Nova Rd where there's genuine employees and Miss Tina's crew who are very respectful and professional."

"I had a terrible experience here the lady at the drive thru was very rude, and I saw her dropping the food I ordered in the grease with no gloves on! When I confronted her she lied about it, and told me she wasn’t cooking. I asked for a refund and she told me she put it back on my card it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I came back to the store to ask about my refund and the same lady was there and she told me there was no manager on duty and she couldn’t pull my receipt up from the refund she supposedly gave me. She told me her name was Lasondra but that probably was a lie too. I even tried calling corporate and it still didn’t help. Please save your money and go somewhere else !"

This place alerted each other to the window order and when it was ready, it was provided quickly by a third member. Quickly knew the sauces, etcSome locations completely freeze up and wont answer the window, keep their back to it, or forget it completely after the order is taken. "The staff that worked tonight, 2/03/22 failed miserably. After I repeated my order twice at the speaker they claimed to forget to charge me for one item then had to ask me repeatedly about the rest of my order which they still failed to get right! "Catering! Holy cow/pig/chicken y'all! They catered our company picnic EVERYTHING was outstanding! We are BBQ snobs they knocked it outta the dang park. We had sliced brisket, it was superb. Didn't even put any sauce on it. Pulled pork chicken bbq was also excellent! The folks that took care of us were super kind friendly. If you have the opportunity, just do it! Congrats we'd highly recommend!"

"Wonderful restaurant! The atmosphere of the place is fine food, but the price is affordable. Lighting is a little dark. Our server Laura was sweet and attentive. They ran out of what I ordered, but gave me a comparable ( cheaper) record for the same (less) price of what I ordered: thank you! The portions are generous, which is atypical for fine food. The food is great! The wine list is extensive. You also have beer from local brewing machines. Great place for a date night!"

"First ever visit to any Checkers. We considered it a success and will be back We visited before noon on a weekend. So, we may have been the first customers of the day. With two separate lanes, the drive-in was confusing for a first-timer (and the intercom didn't work on the side I picked). The window/cashier area of the side I chose looked to be full of construction equipment supplies. So, the worker didn't have an easy time getting to the window. We ordered ahead using the app. I felt the app was difficult to get through and I felt it was too intrusive. We struggled to get through the menu because we didn't know what everything was. The one worker we spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He went over our order to make sure we would get what we thought/wanted, adjusting where needed. The food was prepared quickly and properly. Both cold and hot things were at expected temperature levels and tasted as expected. The funnel cake fries were wonderful but needed more powdered sugar."

"I ordered a kids meal for my daughter which came with a small soft serve, the man who took my order told me to come to the window after we ate to get it. We finished eating,(threw out most of our meals because it was not good) went up to the window and he asked for our receipt so we could get our small kids ice cream that came with the meal. "TERRIBLE service! Employees looked directly at us and never offered us any assistance. After about two minutes, my cousin then proceeded to knock for someone's attention just to have a female employee come to the window with an attitude to ask how can she help us, but immediately tell us to wait one minute and walked away before we could even order anything. Mind you there were only two cars outside at the drive through so they can't use that excuse. We ended up going across the street to Taco Bell and the service was excellent compared to this place. "My 14-year-old son went to this restaurant and was refused service because the cashier claimed that his card had been rejected on a previous visit. The manager then told him to go to the bank and deposit money or he would never be allowed to eat there again. Additionally, he was told to repay the cash because it belonged to her. When I called the manager to inquire how she could be sure it was my son, given that there are five schools and multiple buildings nearby, she hung up on me.
