"Please listen. The food is disgusting. My wings were not fully cooked, and my buffalo chicken sandwich tasted as if the chicken that was used was spoiled. I took one bite and could not even chew it in disgust. I informed the owner that I was unsatisfied with the product and would like to request a refund. He informed me that they do not do refunds, and that he would place them back into the grease, post him touch all over the chicken, pulling it apart to show me, in his opinion that it was done. I informed him, I did not desire any further food, because the food quality was below basic, so I prefer to have a refund. He gets extremely upset and begins yelling at me saying you can’t do that, I pay for this food and you can’t just request something else or a refund, in which I didn’t see this posted anywhere. He then accuses me of using a fake card to pay $46.66, are you kidding. Long story short. He proceeds to call the police, in which he was very racially disrespectful in description, and sadly quite incorrect on our race. The police of course are like, are you serious. In the end, I got a partial refund of $20, which was not equal to my food that was horrible. I took the teas x2 and fries x3 and discarded of them. I did contact the health department. Please be aware of this place, it’s not good at all!!! It deserves a 0 star rating."
