"12/5/2018 Ate a slice at Ray's today after first going to, The District restaurant to eat. See their Yelp review from me. At Ray's, I got the Chocolate cake for dessert. And a Pizza slice because I was still hungry. It was delicious. chicken breast, bacon, tomatoes, ranch dsg, a white cheese, but not mozzarella. I can't remember what all was on it and I forgot to take a pix. When you go in, look for it. It won't disappoint. Happy Eats 11/13/2018 Ate at Ray's. Hadn't eaten all day, so i felt like something unhealthy and a lot of it. LoL I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and wanted Onion Rings. The worker suggested instead of my ordering separately, to get the combo meal that also came with a canned drink to save money. That was kind. Felt appreciated as a customer. And it wasn't about the bottom line...Mulah. I didn't take photos. The CheeseSteak was great. The Onion Rings however is a large portion, but I'd never order again. After leaving Ray's I went to Rite Aide to get a bottle of water to drink. Get back to the room, then it hit me, my combo came with a drink. Ah Man!! So don't do what I did if you go. Happy Eating"

"I've eaten a few times in the sunset coffe shop. When I first came, I was with my children. they ate their eating without problems. I thought it was okay. When I came next time, I was only with my daughter. eating was good enough, nothing that turned out. today my daughter wanted to come back as it was the lunchtime, it is near lutheran where she had a date, and it is freezing out. they ordered a cheeseburger deluxe with tomato, avocado, ketchup mayo. I tried a huh empenada/pastelillo. I bit my chest, but I couldn't eat it. it was too hard and slandered. I took a bite from the meat part, but I could hardly eat because the chicken was excessively dry. I like chicken breast and I know it can be dry, but that was almost like food-a-papiertuch dry! I returned the pastellillo and let her know that it was too dry to eat. then I tried the steak quesadilla. the first bite tasted a little strange. I was hesitant, but took 2 bites to make sure. I couldn't eat anymore. I had to give it back. my daughter had no problem with her burger. I also tasted to make sure that my taste buds did not smug out today. it takes like a typical diner-patty- nothing special, but it is efficacious to eat in contrast to that I tried today. also it is very cold inside! there was no heat to help escape from the cold outside. I don't want to take much warmth, but there were none. it is unpleasant to eat or wait until someone else can eat while it is cold in the interior! I was hoping to have a good lunch today. I was very disappointed. I gave them two stars because the children liked it. I don't think I'll eat here again, even though the kids still want."

"We went there and wouldn’t even last 5 minutes, we chose to sit up the second floor for a party of 8; 5 adults and 3 teens. For some reason the idea of having two separate table for our party was an impossible thought for the lady that received us in the second floor… we offered to have separate bills and we would take care of tipping separate as well, we just wanted to have more space for the adults and the girls. This lady constantly said no and the only option she could offer was to add two chairs to a very uncomfortable table by the door because they have done it before. This lady wouldn’t even let us give options and will was very rude and had an attitude for no reason maybe a little racist) seriously you need to do better than this. Found out her name is Donna"

"It's taken me a bit to write this. I've been hearing about this place for sometime and finally made a reservation. I'm not a BBQ expert but my I laws live in Kansas City and my extended family lives in Texas. So I've been eating BBQ for some time including Memphis ribs.Some of us like this cut...don't judge. So BBQ I know. I was perplexed when I arrived for my reservation and found that there were no ribs on the menu? They had boneless ribs instead? Everyone knows that the bone makes the meat juicy. From chicken to rib eye to ribs. So when in Rome... we ordered the boneless ribs. I should have known that by glancing around no one ordered the ribs. That I was in for a treat The chared remains of meat came to the table and I thought ok bark tends to be a bit blackish but dig through this an find the juicy meat. But this was tough, dry and stringy. Even the sauces could save this piece of coal. Suffice to say severely disappointed and I can't and won't recommend. I'm hoping to give it another try because everyone deserves a second chance. But when I look back and I see what other tables ordered and no one had the boneless ribs...that should have been my signal to pay for my cocktails and head out."

"We ordered 15 full trays of food for our daughters sweet 15. Our guest are still calling and telling how much they have enjoyed the food we received! The food was hot when we picked up. It was so delicious! The owner is so respectful and kind. Food at a party is everything and we are extremely grateful for a wonderful place to order home cooked food! Many blessings to Mia’s pizza!"

"Never even walked through the door of this place, but just got the vibe of terrible service from a guy. The man in the green shirt was taking a phone call outside and was blocking the doorway as we walked up to it. We were hoping to have a nice breakfast after a long tour, but he rudely corrected us away from the door (WHILE ON THE PHONE) and to a line outside of the restaurant. We are not familiar with the area, and we have never visited before, but the way he acted like we were supposed to automatically know where to go (with no signage outside the diner at all), just made us walk away and go down the street to another diner. Much better service at Nassau Diner, would definitely rather go there instead. Thank god for this awfully rude interaction!"

"I ordered zucchini sticks and was disappointed to find that each one contained just a sliver of zucchini. I also tried the regular cheese pizza, which was mediocre at best. For the meal, I utilized their takeout service. My total cost per person was between $30 and $50. In terms of ratings, the food gets a 1, while the service and atmosphere both deserve a 5. If I were to recommend something, it would be the large cheese pizza."

"During my first visit to Matamoras, I was uncertain about where to eat. I decided to try this restaurant based on a recommendation from a clerk at the Best Western, and I was not disappointed. I chose to sit at the bar, where I enjoyed watching the World Series while I dined. The food was fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive. Although my seat near the door was a bit drafty, I could have requested a table instead. The dish I had was penne pasta with red clam sauce—it was absolutely delightful! I highly recommend this place."

"I usually don’t post reviews but this was necessary. I just left and I had a great experience there, the restaurant is clean, the staff is nice and the food is great. Also, times are hard for most people and the fact that I noticed they were also going through something (emotionally/sad) for unknown reasons and still gave great customer service is top tier. I will be going back and I pray that they find comfort in whatever they’re going through. They also make sure to take care of each other which is also heartwarming. Please go support if you can."

"We had a party of 8. Celebrating a birthday. Everyone loved their food and the prices were reasonable. We had 3 kids with us and our waitress was great with them and didn't make us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome even when they got rambunctious (as 3 boys ages 4, 9 and 11 will do). They brought out a brownie sundae for the birthday person and sang to her."

"Mom and I always enjoy our dinner out at Parthenon. Food is hearty and well prepared, and the service is always good. We have never tried items from the cold appetizer menu, but they seem to be popular, seeing how much they are ordered by neighboring tables. The last time there was uncharacteristically noisy, but it may be due to the cold weather drawing diners who would normally eat on the patio out front indoors. "I absolutely love the atmosphere here! Our server, Alexa, was fantastic. Every dish we ordered was amazing. The Brussels sprouts were rich, dense, and had the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Both the French onion and cream of mushroom soups were great! The chicken Marsala was also excellent! We enjoyed the carrot cake for dessert, though they did charge us for it despite it being a birthday celebration. No big deal, though! The drinks are quite a spectacle as well! I loved every cocktail, but we did have a male bartender who initially mixed one of the drinks incorrectly, so I recommend making sure the orders are clear. I can't wait to return for more delicious food and drinks—or just to have that carrot cake again!"

"Ok so tonight we wanted to order pizza my son said let's try Palermo so I looked at reviews and decided to get the upside down pie... order was late very late and I was starving today I didn't get to eat anything todayAnyway there was a mishap with the delivery.. when I no longer wanted the order I called but first I threw a frozen store bought pizza in the oven then called just to let them know I was a little upset about it.. anyway the girl apologized and said she will make a new pie n get it here in 20 min I said no I just threw a frozen **** pie in the oven and as we sat and took a bite of the crappy pie my door bell rang she brought me the pizza anyway and some zeppolies (which are my favorite) she said I couldn't let you eat frozen pizza ... she was so sweet and because of this they will always have a customer also because there pizza was very good!!! Thank you so much for caring about your customers and for not letting me eat my crappy store bought pizza"

"I drive a truck. I was there today at their food truck waiting on my food. it was beginning to rain and she gave her her umbrella while I waited. Rain got worse and it began to storm and they invited me to stand inside and even offered for me to ear my dinner in there. Very nice people and great food"
