"The bartender prepared my drink with an overwhelming amount of lemon juice. When I mentioned it was off, they simply took it back and tried to fix it by adding other ingredients, but it still didn’t resolve the issue, so I didn't drink it. We waited over an hour for our food, and in the end, we simply asked for the check and left. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the waitress never apologized or checked in with us, which made the experience even worse.
This visit was not at all reflective of the enjoyable experiences we used to have there, and it's disheartening to see the change. The manager, however, is excellent; he was once a waiter and always provided top-notch service, so I appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning for a while. It’s crucial for the restaurant to evaluate their staff and provide proper training in customer service. Dining out is an investment, and a positive attitude is essential in that environment."
