"Frustrated, I attempted to call the restaurant on my cell phone while my family continued trying to get someone’s attention, but we had no luck. I left two messages. After waiting for 25 minutes with no service in sight, we decided to leave. My daughter was very disappointed, especially since she had specifically chosen this restaurant.
This was a complete failure! We dine out frequently, and this experience was unprecedented. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive any follow-up—a call, a text, or any type of response—just like the service we experienced: non-existent! "
