There seems to be a language barrier—I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, yet it’s unclear which language they primarily use. When I tried to order a "steak and cheese," getting the order right was nearly impossible. However, ordering online has always resulted in tasty food. Today, we ordered a "bacon pizza," but ended up with a "vegan pizza" instead. Calling to fix the mistake required several attempts and explanations before it was resolved. The problem lies not with the food quality, but with the difficulties in phone ordering. If I owned the place, I’d consider outsourcing calls to ensure accuracy. The manager also tried to convince me that vegan dishes are expensive and good, but I made it clear it wasn’t what I ordered. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially since it was our three-year anniversary dinner that we had to take home and eat separately."
