"This evening we decided on a little Italian for dinner.....definitely a bad choice.Our order was a full order and a half order of Lasagna. The bottom layer and one side of pasta was over cooked to scorch stage on both orders. The marinara sauce drenched the Lasagna.I order a side salad. Once brought to the table it was a bowl of lettuce with a slight shaving of a carrot. OH, and the bottom core of the lettuce that appeared to have been old. Politely ask, if tomatoes were additional for salads and if crackers came with a salad....Needless to say, this wasn't a decision for us this time to just leave and not ask for a refund for a meal that neither of us could eat. We did request our refund and after the employees trying call management, we received our refund.So, for two retirees, not in a hurry, just an afternoon out for a taste for Italian and didn't want to drive to Olive Garden in Little Rock or Hot Springs we opt for a old fashioned burger."
