"The quality of the food has deteriorated. The cost of everything, i.e. ice cream and food, has skyrocketed. And the service has slowed and are not very friendly. Not to mention employees EXPECT tips for performing any customer related task such as handing you your food at the drive through. I recently purchased 3 small ice cream cones as well as an ice cream for my furry companion and the total came to almost $20. FYI...they charge the same for a doggie cone as they do a people cone. Not a giid value."

"This is one of my all-time favorite spots whenever I'm in Brooklyn. It has a cozy, classic atmosphere that I really enjoy. This place never disappoints, no matter when you visit. The staff always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. I did notice that the taste of their coffee seemed to change a bit during my last visit, but it will still be my go-to place to unwind and enjoy a cup with friends."
