"Went to buy a “box”. With just a little adjustment chicken tacos instead of beef. Paid extra and also went inside to make sure the “box” was right. Box comes out quickly. And got the box before the cashier could even figure out what change was owed. When it got home, no it wasn’t checked for good reason. You have to unwrap each item after touching money and doors, ect. It was ALL WRONG!!!! Now the reason why I am making a complaint. Is I have severe ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s. This was the first time in 6 weeks I was eating out… we will be going across the street from now on to ElRays. At least they can get a order right and have sense enough to count change. I know times are hard and it’s hard to get good help. However this was beyond what the order was SUPPOSED TO BE.. it was all wrong. Oh and we wanted rice and bean wraps. And everything was cold cold beef!!!"
