"I went on a Monday afternoon around 3:45 pm with a reservation for 4 pm. Service was very slow and the waitresses seemed inattentive although the restaurant was not busy. My guest and I ordered a spiked lemonade pitcher and buffalo wontons. The second wonton we tried to eat had long piece of hair in it, and it took around 15 minutes for the waitress to even come by again so we could inform her. After she took the full plate of food away from us, she still attempted to charge us for the appetizer we did not eat due and rang our pitcher up as open bar that was upcharged by almost $10. This was not our first poor experience and we will not be returning."
