"First I want to start off by saying I have been a returning customer of Joi for years however after this dining experience it was a turn off. I dined alone and my bill was over $75 plus tip I spent a total of $100 for this experience. I received my food and drinks at a timely manner and I would’ve hope so because there was only myself and one other person in the restaurant. To see what I ordered see pictures. My problem wasn’t the food it was the lack of service I received at the end of my dining experience. I ordered the pork ramen but hadn’t eaten much of it at all so I asked for a to go bowl and asked if the noodles could be separated from my broth (because as we all know the noddles will swell if it is kept in the same container) and he told me no that he couldn’t because they were low on to go containers. So he put my ramen in a small cup tuber-ware. I was flabbergasted when he gave it back because I knew I hadn’t eaten that much of my ramen and he would’ve needed at least two bowls to fit my left overs. He didn’t give me all of the ramen that was in my bowl. Now I’m left with nothing but noodles and no broth. Then I asked him for more sauce for my spicy edamame to take Togo and he gave me chili oil and 3 packets of soy sauce. ? I am very disappointed with Joi. I’m not even complaining about the price but I expect if I’m going to pay $100 for just one person I expect good service my entire dining experience to the end so I can enjoy the remainder of my food and not have wasted my money. The left overs went in the trash. I paid for a bowl of pork Ramen and got noodles with hardly any broth and that’s not what I paid for. I’m extremely disappointed. I drove over an hour and thirty minutes so I came along way to not get what I paid for. Apparently they are under new management or getting some renovations done I’m not sure what my waiter was trying to convey on why they don’t have the proper To-go containers."

"My family 10 people) and I were eager to try this breakfast spot. Unfortunately, it did not deliver we left extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with our dining experience. Service: It took a long time for us to be sat, even with a reservation/call ahead 1hr 45min) and to get drinks, and utensils. Given the circumstances of staffing we were continued to have patience. Ultimately there was just poor communication and the team needs structure an a clear path. They all seemed lost and not sure what to do next. Food: can 't remember official name of the menu items) The chicken flavorless and had an old grease taste to it. The Chicken and Waffle Sliders: No, you 're better off buying the frozen ones from grocery store freezer section. The Red Snapper is not red snapper. It 's definitely something else but don 't get it. Thank me later). The Shrimp Scampi is runny goop of salted butter. The Garden Omelette: cold, and not cooked through. Hash browns: Overcooked and severely overcooked. Drinks The Lemonade nonalcoholic): The portions are larger! Which was great. This was probably the best thing we had. A but on the extra sweet side but we liked it. We ordered two different flavors. The Coffee: Which they just made , was gross and tastes like mud. I took a sip and kindly placed it back on the table and did not touch it again. We had three unconsumed coffees on the table. Flights: Did not appear to have contained alcohol purely sugary lemonade featuring Fruit on tooth picks. We bought three, it was not worth it."
