"We ordered wings for takeout, but when we got home, the order was incorrect. The customer service we received when we called to resolve the issue or request a refund was, to put it mildly, disappointing. When we explained the situation to the staff member, she simply said, "I don’t know what you want me to do about it." Then the owner intervened, stating that the person who took our order must have missed it. He offered to provide a side of the sauce that was supposed to be on the wings if we returned to pick it up. When we explained that this solution wasn't equivalent to what we had paid for, he suggested re-tossing the same wings in sauce. However, by the time we would drive back, those wings would be stone cold. Overall, they were unhelpful, and to make matters worse, we also didn't receive any of the extra blue cheese we were charged for."
