"Terrible experience... I ordered delivery and waited nearly two hours for my food, which never arrived. When I called, they told me the delivery driver had just left five minutes ago. After waiting another 30 minutes with still no food (and I live less than five minutes away), I called again and requested fresh food, saying I would just pick it up myself. I went to pick it up, but when I got home, the food was awful. To make matters worse, I woke up this morning to find that they charged my card twice and told me the extra charge should be refunded by Monday."

"Great noodle soup. Really tasty red curry. The soups was spicy and delicious. Will recommend to anyone who like spicy ramen. The rice portion is really small, and I was not expecting this little size, compare to some other Thai food pleases the curry portion also small. Usually the Thai curry is good for 2 people, but this was not the case here. Other than that no complains. Great customer care as well."

"The food was pretty good the rice was a little dry for my taste but still really good. The menu is nice it has pictures of the food on every page and makes it easier to decide what you want to eat. The service was great you order in the front and they bring out the food for you. They move everything out of the way when needed. The place is really chill and quiet. They have 2 stores and it's also a great place to hang out with friends and family. The menu is big and have a lot of options based on what you like. There is spice level to 4 if you love spicy foods."

"The delivery driver was incredibly unprofessional! He insisted on receiving a tip upfront. I had intended to leave a tip through the app after the delivery was finished, and I explained that to him. However, he pressed me for the amount I would tip and even attempted to take the food back if I didn't give him a tip right then and there. Because of this disrespectful behavior, I chose not to tip. To my surprise, the restaurant even called me afterward to demand a tip! Overall, it was a dreadful experience."

"Stopped by at lunch and ordered the Chicken and Steak Teriyaki. Fantastic! The chicken was very high quality, like shockingly high quality. No tough pieces or sinew. The steak was cooked to order and again was very surprised at the quality of the meat. I think it was top sirloin, honestly! The rice was just right. My only very minor complaint would be that I would have liked to get some vegetables with it. It would be perfect then! Definitely going back."

"7/17/23 Update- Alot of things have changed since the pandemic and Im not really liking Ban Ban too much anymore. The service isnt as friendly, the food is just ok. The hot food is overcooked most times and the portions smaller. Its quite disappointing because my husband and I loved their food prior. Everything was delicious, the Korean fried chicken is to die for. Crab tacos where simple and delicious. The salmon I ordered was cooked perfectly. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll to go , ate it that evening, that was the best shrimp tempura roll I have ever had. It was fresh and tasty. Will definitely be going back. The decor I'd very nice as well."

"This local low key eatery is a treasure. All kinds of people come, from suits to moms with kids to oldsters to workmen for the good, reasonable meals, great coffee and friendly service. Every neighborhood should have such a cafe! Extensive menu on the chalkboard above the open kitchen. Quick snacks, pastries bananas by the register. I love this place for its older, casual atmosphere it feels like a remnant of a by gone era in a time of slick corporate fast food. It's run efficiently by a family who may be Korean because I see beef bulgogi on the menu."

"I ordered some egg fu young for pickup. When I arrived, the price was over $11. I also added a pineapple soda since I was picking it up for my mother, who is in a nursing home, bringing my total to $13.82. As I went to pay, I asked for a plate so my mother would have space to mix her food. They informed me they didn't have any plates, so I suggested using one of the large white containers instead. They told me it would cost 15 cents. I explained that I had just overpaid for the soda and felt they should provide a plate at no extra charge given the situation. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my entire order, emphasizing that customer service matters more than anything else. I don't mind paying a fair price, but it feels unreasonable to be nickeled and dimed after already spending more than expected on food. I then called a nearby takeout place where the meal was $9, and they provided a plate for free. I would not recommend this place due to their poor customer service."

"If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. The beans were extremely hard, the arepa was undercooked and as tough as a rock. The steak was overly chewy, and the chicharrón had no flavor whatsoever. Your prices are quite high, and it's incredibly disappointing to spend that much only to receive such low-quality food and service."

"I would rate this place even lower than one star if I could. I've enjoyed their food for many years, but the customer service has really disappointed me. The prices are far too high for the quality of the food. They charged $21 for a chicken alfredo, which included a $4 delivery fee, and I live less than half a mile from the restaurant!
