"My mother and God mother went in to order food and a sign that says all cash payments get 5% discount is hung up. So they paid cash and didn’t receive the discount when they asked why they didn’t get it she said “you didn’t ask for it” with an attitude… another customers food was ready she turned off the attitude and smiled giving the whole “hi Sam thank you have a good night” theirs came out and she goes “here” and just pushes it forward… after that they couldn’t enjoy the food so I can’t even say if it’s good or not they just kept thinking about how they were treated. Not how you treat people PAYING money to your establishment. Will not return."

Not only do they offer the best food in the area at great prices, but their customer service is exceptional—they even allow you to sit down and enjoy your meal. "I’ve ordered twice through Grubhub and both times the food was delivered ahead of schedule, fresh and piping hot. The egg drop soup and hot and sour soup (spicy were both tasty. Shrimp egg foo young was loaded with shrimp and deliciously filling with steamed rice and topped with the brown gravy. The shrimp with vegetables had a nice blend of broccoli, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts and baby corn, all covered in a brown sauce. Nice to have a good Chinese takeout place nearby!"

"Finally, I've found a place for great Chinese take-out! The steamed dumplings are fantastic—fresh and perfectly moist. The egg rolls are crispy, not soggy at all. The roasted pork fried rice has a fresh and authentic taste. The portion sizes are generous. For those who have tasted microwaved food elsewhere, you can clearly see that the dishes here are cooked fresh in their kitchen, not microwaved. As for the staff, if someone seems rude, it might just be a language barrier. The place was bustling, and the line extended to the door. The only rudeness I noticed was among customers, not the staff. This is my new favorite Chinese take-out spot, and I will definitely be ordering from Magic Wok again!"

"I do not know how this restaurant received 3.8 stars. To give this restaurant a fair shot I ordered multiple items off the menu in the span of 3 weeks to make sure it wasn’t just a bad day in the kitchen.Ordered: Pot stickers, beef short ribs, orange chicken, chicken lo mein, and sweet sour pork.The pot stickers were slightly below average as they were not packed with much filling.The orange chicken should’ve been called the orange batter because the chicken was shaved and hammered so thin that I had to verify if it even existed at its core. The chicken was noticeable in some bites because it was jerky-like, screaming to me that it was either old or fried, frozen and refried. The orange sauce was overly sweet with barely any orange or vinegar in the mixture making you feel like everything was covered in pancake syrup instead of orange sauce.The attached picture is of the sweet and sour pork which was the most disappointing of all meals. The sweet and sour sauce was not sweet or sour because it tasted like they cut half the mixture with water. The breading on the pork tasted like it was fried in old oil that was used to fry fish. The pork and batter were so bland that it was hard to eat since the sauce was equally devoid of flavor. The rice….I have never seen rice look so dark yet incredibly flavorless. It really makes me wonder what they used to stain the rice since it seems like soy sauce wasn’t used.Beef short ribs, dry, tough, but decent marinade and flavor than the other items listed before this.The chicken lo mein was the best thing I ate; I could taste the flavor of the dish. My only complaint was that it was SWIMMING in sauce which I drained before eating.This restaurant had extremely fast delivery which typically means that a lot of food is precooked. The lack of seasoning in their food is staggering for a Chinese restaurant and I have never had Chinese that tasted so bland."

They're from Brooklyn and it's unlike the typical southern style Chinese found in Florida. The quality and price can't be beat. It's worth the drive for the Crab Rangoon alone. "On February 28, 2022 my son and I had ordered food at separate times. My son had ordered pork fried rice and boneless spare ribs. I ordered roast pork egg foo young. That evening around 10:00 pm my son started to get nauseous and began to vomitUncontrollably. I thought maybe he has a stomach virus and needed some rest. That evening I was getting ready for bed and I alsostarted to feel nauseous but it wasn?t as serious as my son?s at first. In the middle of the night we both started to vomit andhad diarrhea, also running a fever. We both had chills and could not stop running to bathroom. I decided that we both needed togo to urgent care. We did and we were both diagnosed with food poisoning and received and injections to stop the vomiting.Please be careful with this restaurant. I called and told them the food was no good and we got sick the lady told me I didn?tbuy food from them and hung up. I have credit card receipts to prove it. I will never order from them again."
