"This place is truly an amazing hidden gem! We've been in the NoCo area for a year and haven’t found a great Chinese restaurant until now. We went in with low expectations, ready to have our foodie hearts broken, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. The service was excellent, the food was incredible and full of flavor. We enjoyed two lunches, soup, soda, and an appetizer for under $35. I'm thrilled to have discovered a fantastic Chinese spot—we'll definitely be coming back!"

"I recently relocated to Union City from Los Angeles and have been on the hunt for a great Thai restaurant. My wife and I decided to try this place since we both enjoy Thai cuisine. The food here is delicious, and the customer service is very welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ chicken and fried rice—it’s a great combination since the chicken is one of their signature dishes. The pad see ew was tasty but could benefit from a bit more sauce. As for the crab cakes, they were decent, though I would have preferred if they included more crab and were made in smaller, fried pieces instead of just two large ones. The dipping sauce was also quite good!"

"Location atmosphere were good. Definitely need to hire some help with service as it was pretty packed for a Monday lunch.Sadly, the food was lacking. Ordered the Kinnara sampler ... the crispy shrimp was exceptional, but the chicken satay was more like a kabob, the shumai dumplings were dense the spring rolls had too much wrapper compared to filling. Collectively, it was more of a small entree than a light fair appetizer.For an entree, I had the Street Pad Thai with chicken. A little heavy on the oil, but the flavor was good. I 'd go easy on the spice level next time as medium was basically hot for me. My friend had the Tom Yum soup loved it! She also had the Red Curry with chicken, but definitely needed more spice."

"Really cozy ramen spot. My friend and I met up for dinner on a Wednesday night. We had to order at the front first before seating ourselves, and there was one lady who was working the front and going back and forth to the kitchen. We ordered the gochujang wings to share, and we each got the tonkatsu ramen. The wings were surprisingly good. They had a crisp outer layer while the meat itself was still juicy and tender. The sauce wasn't too spicy but instead had a nice kick with a bit of sweetness. As for the ramen, it was good. I would get it again, but it wasn't anything special. The food came out relatively fast, and the ambiance was nice with the dimly lit lights."

"I was here this morning for breakfast craving some biscuits and gravy. This restaurant is right across the street from Walmart/McDonald's. Is small, if a truck is park in front of it, you probably miss it lol. The building looks new but inside looks old, even the tables and chairs and booths looks old. The wall is covered with pictures of famous people back in the days. They have a huge menu for a tiny restaurant. They also have morning special on the board. I ordered the 8 special 2 eggs over easy, 2 bacons, 2 links and 2 pancakes), cuz is a special no substitution, I wanted toast instead of pancakes so I can dipped into the eggs. For $1 more, I got the potatoes. The biscuits and gravy was okay. Biscuits was kinda dry, I like it flaky and soft. The gravy was a little thick I think. Beacons could be a little more crunchy and is cold. Like it wasn't fresh, more like it was made already and is been sitting there. Pancakes was ok, again, it wasn't fluffy. Overall, is ok. In my opinion, jack in the box has better biscuits and gravy lol. The total of a cup of coffee, 2 biscuits and gravy, 8 special plus $1 potatoes came out to $26.80. I think is kinda pricey for 2 biscuits and gravy plus $9.50 plus a cup of coffee. I left a $5 tip. So my total was $31.80. Pricey breakfast lol"

"Good food. Pad Thai with shrimp was great, plenty of shrimp, one order is enough for 2 people. Ebi shumai and fresh spring rolls didn't disappoint either. I really didn't like the sauces that those dishes came with, they are on the sweet side and very oily. Edamame was good as well, not too salty."

Other Thai places are less quality and way more pricy.The service and Green Papaya is phenomenal. The servers are very kind and ready to help! "I have been craving wonton soup for months but I was afraid to try any of the local options in case it wasn't made the way I was craving it. Despite this, I decided to test out this restaurant and man oh man did Xin Xian deliver. I ordered online and was pleasantly surprised at the quickness in which they cooked my food. I arrived to pick it up and the man who was working was very kind. The wonton soup is perfect and just how I remember it from my childhood, plus it was exactly like the picture from the website and the portion was huge for costing less than two bucks. I also ordered the sesame chicken and my boyfriend and I loved it. The breading wasn't hard or dry and the chicken was still juicy, plus the flavor was evenly distributed and not bland. The portion for the chicken was also surprisingly large, even my vacuum of a boyfriend was impressed by how much they had given us. I also had specifications for my order and they provided them all without a single mistake. I want to reiterate how nervous I was for this food because I am very particular. They made my week with the discovery of my childhood favorite at a reliable place near where I live and reasonable to boot. I will absolutely be coming back and leaving a large tip when I do for the sheer comfort their soup provided me. It was so good I felt the urge, as 19-year-old, to text my mother back. Amazing place would definitely recommend, especially if you love a good chicken wonton soup."

"My family and I were very grateful for Jhong and his staff members Christian and Linda this weekend on our visit to 1618 Asian Fusion. Each member was very knowledge on every plate we asked about, and made great recommendations when we were not able to decide what to order The restaurant is located in a modernized quaint plaza with parking in the rear. We decided to start with the calamari, eggrolls, grilled octopus a crispy redfish. That redfish was the best fried fish I've had in my life. I have no clue how they got that crust on that fish! The crust had hints of pork on it, it was literally mind blowing. The calamari and 1618 eggrolls were fried to perfection crispy not drowning in grease. The char on the grilled octopus was perfect, and the flavor was to die for. The matcha salad was so refreshing and a great way to cleanse our pallets before our entrees were delivered. My wife ordered the fried rice, which was the best fried rice I've tasted in a while! I loved the kernels of corn in the rice. My son went with the pho with ribs after it was recommended by the staff. My son's mind was blown when he got a load of the beef ribs, and said he picked up hints of apple and cinnamon from the pho's broth. He absolutely loved it. I went with the garlic shrimp which knocked my socks off. The batter was out of this world! We ended our meals with the tallest slice of cheesecake I've ever had. Christian put on a show as he prepped the flaming brandy! The entire visit was quite an experience! This may have been our first visit, but it surely won't be our last! Thank you 1618 for the amazing lunch, we haven't stopped raving about you to all our friends and family."

"This restaurant is truly a gem! My brother and I both ordered the beef satay, which was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. It came with delicious Thai fried rice and a sweet, slightly spicy cucumber salad. I also tried the "honey green tea," which was fantastic—infused with mint and lemon for a refreshingly delightful experience. "The Thai food at this restaurant is amazing and delicious. The Thai barbeque chicken was even better than some I have had in Bangkok. They offer a variety of curries, and the Panang curry we had was outstanding. We devoured both dishes and even finished off all of the curry sauce because it was that good. I had noticed this place for many years and decided to finally try it out. I am so glad we did because the food was tastier than many other Thai restaurants I have been to. "I've been ordering Top Pho through DoorDash, and it has quickly become my latest obsession. During the winter, all I want is a hot soup to warm me up, and I love that they offer a diverse menu that includes both Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. So far, my favorite items are the fried chicken wings appetizer and the wonton soup with egg noodles. I really appreciate how they package the wings for delivery, with a cutout that allows steam to escape, keeping them crispy. I'm excited to try more of their dishes and hope to dine in at the restaurant sometime when COVID is less of a concern."

Thai Tea was pretty sweet but I didn't mind. We werecelebrating a birthday so with everyone's drinks and entrees... the total was about $140 something with tax. Service/ Ambiance The server, oh my goodness, the server!!! I wish I had gotten his name but he was so so friendly, attentive, and so full ofenergy! Someone at our table accidentally dropped a fork and before we even had a chance to request one, this guy brought us anew one right away!
