"We enjoyed our meal there but was really frustrated when three different people messed up and never corrected the problem. The waitress only brought my husband a drink finally a guy came around with a whole bunch of waters and offered at the water. I asked him for a straw which he said he would be right back with and never came back with a straw. The man who brought us our meal asked if we needed anything else and my husband asked for Parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers. He said he would get them right away and be right back. We waited and waited and waited and finally decided to eat that lasagna without it. He never came. Our waitress never came back to check on us the entire evening. We had to flagger over to get our bill. We also overheard from the table nextdoor that she forgot to bring their bread to them. And then it was too late they had already eaten their dinner when she came back to check on them. So overall the setting was great the food was great but the service with all three people we worked with under performed. And I have never had a waitress not come and check on you even one time during your meal. She took our order and never returned until we flagged her down for a bill. It’s not a cheap place for dinner, so we were really disappointed with the service. We are usually big tippers, this time only percent"
