"I had a negative experience with Postmates. They failed to deliver my food, so I had to reorder and pick it up myself. Even after checking in, it took 25 minutes to receive my order. When I got home, I realized that the cashew chicken I received was not what I had ordered in the past. The box was filled with rice to make up for the lack of chicken and cashews. I was very disappointed. I placed my order at 4:45, was told it was delivered at 5:35, but it never arrived. I reordered at 6:17 and finally received my food at 7:15. This experience was absurd, especially considering the disappointment with the cashew chicken."
