"Wow. What an experience!Beto Son was definitely a very unique Tex Mex establishment that was lots of fun and lots of yum!We didn’t come specifically for Beto Son, but rather to check out the Trinity Groves area and see what looked good.After walking around, we ended up settling on Beto Son. It had a lot of people, the food and drinks looked good, and there was a nice outdoor patio area.We wouldn’t regret it!We got promptly seated by the hostess, who didn’t live before recommending that we try the liquid nitrogen margaritas, as they “really are that good!”Our server was also very friendly and attentive, and after having some quesadillas that were very rich, yummy, and delicious, we decided to give those margaritas a try.After we ordered one from her, she came back a few minutes later with a whole rolling cart set up. She prepared the margarita right in front of us, explaining everything as she went along, before making a big show of the centerpiece the liquid nitrogen that is used to create a rich sorbet like texture for the frozen margarita!The server was so engaging and entertaining as she made it. It was quite a show. To top of the margarita, she added some jelly balls to the top of it. They ended up being the perfect final addition to a frozen margarita that quite literally just melts in your mouth as the jelly balls pop.I can definitively say that this was the BEST margarita that I have ever had, and one of the best drinks of any, ever!Needless to say, I very much so enjoyed my experience here. From the bustling atmosphere, the relaxing outdoor patio, the engaging and entertaining service, to of course the delicious food and incredible liquid nitrogen margarita, I was very impressed all around.This place is a MUST when in Trinity Groves!"
