"I’ve been a long time customer of this franchise. However; last night my experience in the Loganville, branch was not less than ridiculous, rude and unprofessional. I came to the store and placed a to-go order that included pizza and chicken wings. Once ready; I headed to my car when I was stopped by the young cashier stating that she needed to ensure the wings order was accurate. Took her about 20 mins to return back to my car with the chicken wings. Once I got home; the pizza was cold and of course; the wings order was incomplete. I called the store to speak with a manager to advise about situation and got to speak with what seemed to be a teen; once I explained what had happened; she said that would get me refund for the wings and just to “go warm up you pizza” and then just hung up the phone on me. The kind of service, problem resolution, and professionalism towards a paying customer, in this instance was absolutely poor. If I wanted a reheated pizza; I would’ve had stuck a frozen pizza in my oven and call it the day. Terrible service"
