"What a great spot! Our first visit. After walking by Panchita's early this week we made a plan to visit today. And boy are we glad we didThe seafood paella was absolutely incredible. Fresh and complex delicious, seafood, and light and flavorful mix of whole-grain rice. This was an absolute surprise and one of the best paellas I've ever had. The warm salad was hearty, fresh and again complex also. We were pleasantly surprised as this is not your typical tomato and melted cheese type of Mexican place that we've seen too many of, but truly well prepared homestyle cooking with fresh ingredients and complex recipes. This was a real treat. We're looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other unique dishes on the menu the sangria was perfect, as was the margarita, bravo! The staff was also super friendly and attentive."
