"Response to owner: I think it’s interesting you’re so confident that it wasn’t your food that gave me food poisoning. I did not specify a day. So how could you know? Either something wasn’t cooked properly or one of your workers were working while infected. I made this review when I was feeling a bit better to do so.First and LAST time I order from this restaurant. I ordered to go for 2 plates of enchiladas verdes and they tasted great, BUT Immediately after eating I was going to the restroom constantly. I thought, maybe it was just too spicy for my stomach. Woke up the next morning with horrible back pain and thought maybe I just slept wrong. A couple hours later I started throwing up. I waited an additional day in hopes whatever was wrong with me would go away. I was in so much pain so I decided to go to the ER and they told me it was food poisoning! Ridiculous! I’ve NEVER had food poisoning, and buying take out is supposed to be convenient but this was anything but!Parking: No parking."

"I was very disappointed when I was charged another tables drinks, when I was a table of one. Then told that it would Credit to my account within five business days. I would believe make the customer happy give me a least a discount on my meal not charge me again ,.. food was decent the manager tried to make it right with offing me drinks, I appreciate that but I wasn’t there to drink. Just wanted a hot meal. This place is a hit or miss, I have been her before but not sure if I’ll return…"

"For starters, the wait staff was very friendly. It is a big place that has three different dining areas and very clean. The food was wonderful. It tasted like it came from your mother?s kitchen. Everything including the queso was well seasoned. The tortillas were very big and perfectly made. They also have an ice cream bar stocked with Blue Bell. We will be back on our next vacation. The plates were also priced very affordable."

"I occasionally get pickup from Indian Square right next door, so I decided to give this place an attempt. One day, at 12:00, I have an online pizza order for a 5p delivery. 40 minutes later, the supplier ringed my bell. So, now I had my 5p dinner delivery sitting a little over 4 hours. I threw it in the oven to heat it and it was best moderate. Surely not fantastic as Ty claims. ASAP delivery will arrive in time, but will not interfere with future delivery."

"The dining area is small but not too crowded when I arrived before the lunch rush. I ordered the fajitas which came with thinly sliced and nicely seared steak. Instead of multiple smaller tortillas, I was served with one large fresh tortilla, but I managed by tearing it into smaller pieces. Although I didn't have the courage to try the menudo (a specialty dish), many others at the restaurant did. The sopapillas looked appetizing, but I was too full to try them. The menu clearly indicates that soft drink refills are $0.60, which is good to know upfront and not too costly. The waitress provided excellent service and was very friendly."

"Having followed Garduno’s on Instagram for a while now, this restaurant has been on my radar for quite some time. After seeing the progression of their vegan menu, I knew I had to make a visit. The vegan albóndigas were absolutely delicious, with a great meaty texture. The vegan tres leches cake was spongy with a delightful coconut flavor, and the icing was perfect. I highly recommend the bacon breakfast burrito, it was amazing with a fluffy "egg". The vegan chili cheese fries were incredible and tasted just like the regular version. Overall, this place is a hit and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to try vegan food for the first time, even non-vegans."

"At this point, I might as well have a portion of my check direct deposited to Cucas IV because I go to Cucas at least twice a week. They have the best Agua Frescas, my favorite one is the Passion Fruit Agua. They have amazing freshly sqeezed juices and their protien shake is made with dates. I order agua frescas for our office and have my co workers hooked! The cherry on top is the top notch customer service they provide! Always smiling and helpful. Thank you, you guys!!! "I visited your North Richland Hills location this evening, and being my first time at Chipotle, I felt a bit overwhelmed. However, your host Luke quickly noticed this and was incredibly kind. He took the time to explain how everything works and even offered me samples of the vegan meat—the tofu was fantastic! Luke's coworkers were just as friendly and welcoming. As an African American who often feels hesitant about trying new places due to uncertainty, I wanted to share how wonderful your staff is. Their warmth and respect truly made a difference in my experience. On top of that, the food was excellent! Thank you, Luke, for making my visit so enjoyable."

"I called about 6 weeks ago and spoke with a manager. I wanted to host a graduation party there of between 40 and 50 people there. I asked if we could have the bar area to ensure that we would not take up too much seating from the main area. I also stated that we did not need the tables put together that I just wanted to possibly have an area. I have requested large parties of between 30 and 50 people before on a weekend which has been granted twice. It seemed to be bothersome with two/three sections of tables put together like this so I was attempting to be accommodating because I love the atmosphere, I love the food, and the staff is amazing. I was told that this was doable and that I just needed to call 2 weeks in advance to solidify the plans. Therefore, I called two weeks in advance and was immediately told that it was not possible and that there was no way to accommodate that many people and that they do not even take call-ahead seating for weekends which seemed odd because again... I have done this before on two different occasions. Being that I had everything set for this and was counting on having this , I am now forced to scramble and find means to have a party within two weeks time. Counting on this, and having the rug ripped under me with no venue, no food, no anything I am very disappointed in a restaurant that I frequent and have recommended on numerous occasions. With this negative experience I do not plan on visiting your restaurant again and will definitely no longer recommend this. Understandably, this will probably do nothing and I am more than likely just a number in a sea of countless customers you have had and continued to have but I wanted to put my extremely negative experience to your customer service team and thank your restaurant for losing a loyal customer and large amount of business."

"Hadn’t been in a while. Food is not as good as it used to be. Chips were stale to start out. I got the grilled chicken breast Saturday special. The enchiladas on the plate were good. The chicken was breaded and fried! Why not just call it a fried chicken breast Saturday special? I did not eat it... My husband's plate was missing things that were stated on the menu. Alot of price for a huge disappointment. Waitstaff is friendly as ever and does a great job."

"I've been coming to this restaurant for over twenty years, and the quality has always been outstanding. The Chile verde nachos are a must-try; the flavor is incredible! If you're dining alone, I recommend ordering a half portion because the full order is so generous that it's nearly impossible to finish it. I’m excited to explore more items on their menu, but I’ve always been so satisfied with the nachos that I’ve never ventured beyond them. "Our experience was top notch. It's not often that you see the owner walking from table to table to meet, great, and insure a good dining experience with every table. The restaurant was clean, orderly, and every staff member seemed happy. The warm savory salsa that starts your meal was perfectly blended and spiced. Our meals were a comfortable blend of mom's cooking and something new. With unexpected flavors at all the right times. I had the 4 enchilada meal which has beef, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole in each. Giving me a new flavor with each new enchilada. We live a fully nomadic lifestyle working so we eat in different states weekly or monthly. Next time we are coming through New Mexico, I'll be anticipating La Salita Restaurant."
