"The rest of our food arrived, and it was delicious. Toward the end of our meal, the server checked in to see if everything was okay. I mentioned I didn't like the two dishes that were brought out earlier, and before I could say more, he told me I'd need to speak to the manager. I agreed but pointed out that I hardly touched them.
When the manager came to our table, she made a big fuss over my comment. She responded unprofessionally, saying there was nothing they could do. She even said that I shouldn't order things I've never tasted and then expect a refund if I didn't like them. However, I had clearly stated that it was fine to charge me for the dishes—I simply wanted to know if I could swap them for a taco.
The whole situation felt very unprofessional, and though I was frustrated, I kept my composure for my daughter's sake. This experience showed me a lack of consideration for customers. While the food was good, the management's response was disappointing, and I won’t be returning."
