"everything was good beside the food. I had white fish sandwich with sweet potato friries. the horses were excellent, but the fish was not so much. on the baguette there was hardly any fish. I have eaten baked fish skin without meat. the baguette (at least what is specified on the menu) was definitiw soft brot and not its typical tasty zingerman’s baguette. the pumpkin cream cheese cake was nice for dessert. all in all, eating was disappointing and expensive. I expect zingerman's better quality. I don't go back to the roadhouse."

"Great food great everything except for that server Amanda. She only served us our drinks and others served the food. I signed the check and she said “WTF dude you’re not even going to tip me” I was too stunned to speak. I turned around and she repeats herself. I continue to say “I left the tip on the table” she proceeded to say “oh MY GOSH IM SO SORRY! Some people did that to me earlier” girl bye please educated yourself and I’m sure her manager was infront of her and he didn’t say anything but laugh. "This restaurant has been a landmark in Rockaway, Morris County, New Jersey for as long as I can remember. I have fond memories of coming here with my parents when I was growing up in Rockaway. The food is consistently delicious and the people are always friendly. I look forward to continuing this tradition with my own children, as I hope they will appreciate and preserve this beloved diner for future generations. A visit to any New Jersey diner isn't complete without trying their delicious dishes, and this diner certainly has some of the best around. They recently renovated the diner, making it even more impressive with added space, and the food has only gotten better over the years. Their burgers are large and juicy, and their homemade cheesecake is a definite must-try. Without a doubt, this is the best diner in the area."

"So there we were.... Just my dad and I.. been about a year and change since our last Del Taco fix... (We lived in Southern California) We were driving from Woodinville to Port Orchard to visit his girlfriend at the time (very sweet lady, literally the nicest woman ever) and we got hungry, looking to see what was in the area via the Google maps on my cellphone and there it was... with a trembling voice and a shakey hand I ask my dad how a Spicy Jack chicken quesadilla from Del taco would sound. He laughed and said yeah, we we had a Del Taco up here I GPS 'd us to it without a hesitation, and without him knowing.. the look on his face when we pulled into view of the Del Taco, the smile on his face, the sheer eagerness in his eyes, the look, of a man who had prayed to God; and got a miracle just before his eyes; I believe the one that discovered fire, or electricity had the same look in their eyes as my dad did... he was one happy man, I was one happy son. We sat through the drive through for not that long, but it was worth ever second of it. We both enjoyed out favorites. Him with his Spicy Jack Chicken Quesadilla, and I, with my Del Beef Burrito amd ½lb green bean and cheese (make it bold) we almost had tears in our eyes, we could have hugged in that Ford Expedition he owned at the time. It was truly a blessing, it was the light we needed to keep going, it was truly, a Godsend... don 't let anyone ever tell you this place is just Fast Food this place, is a Del Taco."

"Terrible del Taco service and atmosphere here in Indio next to the courthouse, what I hate most about this location is that they're always locking up the restrooms and they never clean them up, and what I hate most about this as well is there always closing down the soda machines and they never open it and leave it on for us customers I always have to wait in line just to get a refill and I'm tired of this abuse!!! I once contacted corporate and I might have to contact them again, also there's an Hispanic employee guy with glasses who has a black frizzy fro like hair, who has an attitude problem I heard him once y'all and said the f word to a customer because he didn't give them an appropriate certain amount of hot sauce and he also fought with me as well because I just wanted to fill my bottle up with water and ice, that guy needs to be fired or removed and put somewhere else, thank God luckily wienerschnitzel close by saved my life and filled up my bottle with water and ice this happened during the summer of this year 2023"

"The only reason I didn't give Del Taco a full 5 stars is that the drive-thru line can take a bit longer than expected for fast food. However, the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and doing their best to keep things moving efficiently. I picked up an order at the Central Ave location a few nights ago, and the inside seating area was open, which seemed to help reduce the drive-thru wait time a bit."

"07/04-2022: We are from out of town. Around 5:30 PM, we used the drive-in and ordered a few food-items. One of them was Reg. Chips and Queso. Later, when we opened the bags, the Chips was missing. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He had aheavy accent so I could not understand him fully. He said he would give a credit for the missing item. I informed him I can givehim the credit card number. But he said he has to see. Not sure what he wanted to see. When I tried to talk to him further, hejust hung up. My guess is that Del Taco payment system does not allow to give credit digitally. That should change to allowcredits over the phone when the purchase transaction, such as Order#, Purchase Price, etc. is confirmed. The quality of thefood is so-so, nothing to write home about. Because of my experience, I would not recommend Del Taco."

"Seriously? I believe that fast food can be filling and satisfying only to those who make it their own. The place served me the worst food. The burrito with beans and rice was terrible, and the small fries were hard, greasy, and broken. I asked for fresh fries but got the same over-fried, greasy ones. It's just disappointing to think that people would expect others to live with such poor quality food. It's unfortunate, but I will never dine at Del Taco again."

"I dont know what has happen to this location, it use to be fresh, hot and really good. Use to go there for breakfast and lunch when I worked across the street because it was truly a good place. Went thru the drive thru last night, 4 cars total in line. Placed order at 721pm, got the food at 752pm! The Made Fresh sign in the window has been the same one for over a year now and no Amelia works there. The fries were so cold and down right awful. the STUFFED QUESADILLA was far from stuffed only had some meat, TONS of lettuce, nothing more, I even paid for Guac and got nothing. My daughters fries were just as bad and her chicken taco was nothing more then lettuce as well. I have no clue why we sat at the window for 12 mins thinking our food would be hot and fresh, just to drive .3 miles home and it was a major disappointment. No idea what the boy behind the window even said, soft spoken and wearing that mask and being shielded behind a window didnt help the matter!!! Never even got any explanation why it took so long when we where the last car left in line. I tried to call the store this morning but no one answers I would love to see if the company even responds to me or the others having a bad experience. Just over all not the same and they lost a loyal customer."

"We had a great experience with the delicious mini tacos priced at just 60 cents in honor of their 60th anniversary. However, we did encounter an unfortunate issue: my husband, who has a disability, brought a chair outside to sit with our puppy while I went in to place our order and pick up our food. Unfortunately, security and one of the Del Taco employees insisted that he take the chair back inside and wouldn't allow him to use it outside while he was waiting. What was even more frustrating was that we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. This experience really let us down."

"My husband and I went to Looney's Pub a week ago today, March 16, 2020 to attend University of Maryland's Head Basketball Coach's show with The Maryland's Sports Voice Johnny Holliday. We were very impressed and pleased with the Venue. Our server was very attentive even though she had many full tables. The drinks were great. Our Hamburgers were just ok. Obviously, they were not freshly made. They were from frozen premade meat. We compare this Sports Bar to our favorite place, Crystal City Sports Pub in Arlington, Virginia. Looney's Pubs could improve their food in our opinion."

"I just visited the location on Van Buren in Riverside, store #237 today at 3:41 pm. My husband and I drove through the drive thru and ordered two combo number ones. both upsized to medium. We ended up staying in the parking lot to eat instead of driving home and good thing we did because the order was incorrect. As I was reaching in the bag i noticed they were soft tacos. I ordered hard shell tacos.. I really dont care for the soft shell tacos. So i took the bags back into the store and let them know what happened. The girl reached into our bags and pulled out the tacos. Mean while my fries were still in the bag but my husband kept his. I thought for sure she would replace my fries after fishing in my bag for the wrong tacos but no. As the lady in the back was making my tacos i believe what maybe to be the manager, asked the drive through girl if she repeated the order. I dont think that was professional to do so in front of me, it made me feel like i was in the wrong. After replacing my tacos i returned to my car with my now old and touched fries to eat my tacos. Im hoping i was overcharged because i ordered the number one combos and was charged the grilled chicken taco combos. I am in the food industry and I would have replaced the whole meal no questions asked."

"At night, the shakes are often unavailable. A woman named Amolia, who identified herself as the assistant manager, informed me that homeless individuals are not allowed to use the restroom, without providing any reason. I've witnessed them deny access to a handicapped woman simply because she was homeless, which I believe is against the law. Additionally, they stop serving hamburgers after 8:00 PM to clean the grill, but it raises the question of how long it truly takes to do that. The new night crew is not very friendly, helpful, or professional, aside from one longtime employee who seems to be going along with the situation because she needs her job."

"Del Taco is decent; you can tell the staff might not have been too enthusiastic since it was during a busy vacation period, and frankly, I didn’t really want to be there either with Thanksgiving just a few days away. "I'm sure food will be fine but a 15+ minute wait in drive through line when only 4 cars in front of me isn't ok. They have no sinage up but all doors are locked and you can't go inside. When will businesses realize that it only hurts your reputation when you try and open and run a business without adequate staff?Post food edit: not only did it take over 20 minutes, when my mom (who I was getting the food for) opened the bag she found 2 soft tacos when I ordered 2 hard shell tacos. What a waste of time!"

"I used the app to order my food, and when I went through the drive-thru, the staff member tossed hot sauce packets at me instead of handing them over when I had my hand out to put them in my bag. I understand that everyone has tough days, but it's not acceptable to take it out on customers. This experience reminded me why I rarely come to this location. Between order mistakes, food being left to get cold on the counter, and the unprofessional behavior of the staff, it's disappointing. "In all honesty, I feel like this can apply to, really, any Del Taco locations because these days, its either a hit or miss situation. Either it's going to taste great or it's going to taste undercooked with a horrible ingredient combination, or hardly made with ingredients . Most items on the meno, just don't even taste like they should be making it, much less selling it. For example, the tortas? They are the worst. I mean have the uppers in charge ever even tasted one? Not like a real torta whatsoever. I just don't understand what they're thinking. And the funnel fries is ordered? A complete disappointment! They were soggy, limp and flavorless. Never again. Even with coupons, nothing can lure back in. I dk if it's the cooks, or the recipes themselves. Whatever the deal is, they need to get it right or they won't be in the fast food rat race for much like longer."

"So sad disappointed tonight, I really like Del Taco fries and it's a nice guilty pleasure, but not tonight!! Went through drive through tonight around 730 pm only 2 cars a head of me. I actually like the automated robot taking orders, no mistakes since they started doing orders this way. I order 8 layer veggie burrito large combo add a Crunchtada. I get to the window to pay. The young guy taking my payment was very distracted by something, his voice is very quite and when he speaks he doesn't even look at you, his head is turned, maybe that's why I couldn't hear? Any way he takes me card, hands it back still no eye contact, then hands me a drink no eye contact, almost dropped the drink because he's not looking. Hands me the bag of food, not looking. He definitely needs more training or get him out of drive through, no customer service. I get home which is about 3 min away. Fries, which are my favorite, they are not fully cooked at all! I taste a few others, kind of still raw and cold/warm, I couldn't eat anymore, went in the trash! The crunchtada tortilla was stale, not CRUNCHY! I scrapped all toppings off and threw away the tortilla. The 8 layer burrito was perfect as well as the Diet Coke! Very very disappointed! I should of drove back to return this bad food, but not worth my time. Restaurant owner or manager, get your employees trained right teach them about making sure they are giving the best product out to customers. See my receipt"
