"It seems that there have been some recent changes in management, ownership, or chef at this restaurant. I used to love dining here, but our experiences have not been great lately. The first time we visited in April, the service was good but the pizza was bland. Yesterday, the service was poor and the restaurant was empty at 12:30, which was a stark contrast to how busy it used to be. I was disappointed to find there was no soap in the bathroom to wash my hands, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they simply said they had run out. I had to go to the men's room to get soap. Despite the friendly server, we ordered an appetizer that never arrived. Additionally, when a takeout customer spilled something, the staff did not address it for the entire 20 minutes we were there. I also learned that a longtime bartender is no longer working there, which is concerning. It's sad to see the negative changes at a restaurant we used to enjoy."
