"I really enjoy The Expat for their decent beer and drinks selection, as well as their tasty Asian food. However, I have noticed a concerning issue when it comes to serving vegans and vegetarians. My girlfriend, who is a lifelong vegetarian, has consistently asked the staff to ensure that her meals do not contain fish or oyster sauce. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions (3 out of 5), her food has had a slight fishy odor and taste, causing her to become seriously ill due to her seafood allergy. This has been incredibly frustrating and upsetting for both of us, as I hate seeing my girlfriend suffer in this way."
