"We had a terrible experience with the service provided by Austin H. He misled us by saying that happy hour ended at 7:55 PM. We had been waiting for him to come to our table since 7:46 PM to take our happy hour orders. However, he didn’t arrive until 7:56 PM to inform us that happy hour had just ended. He tried to justify this by saying, “we have the longest happy hour in Las Olas,” but that felt irrelevant given the situation. Additionally, since we were a party of six, the tip was automatically included, and we didn’t see him again until we requested the bill. I genuinely feel sorry for the owner, as he works so hard and is a good man. Unfortunately, Austin's behavior really put a damper on our evening. What a disappointment!"
