"I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Tuesday at 6 PM, hoping to enjoy some beer and burgers. To my surprise, the dining area was almost empty, with just one other customer present. We didn’t see any staff around, so we chose to sit at the bar. After several minutes without any sign of service, one employee eventually walked behind the bar, engrossed in his phone, and simply walked past us without acknowledging our presence. We waited patiently, assuming they might not have officially opened yet, but as time passed, the other patron also approached the bar looking for service. We had been at the bar for about five minutes without seeing a single staff member, so we decided to leave. As we exited, we passed by the office and noticed at least five employees chatting and hanging out inside. This was by far the worst first impression I have ever had at a bar and grill. I can’t comment on the food or drinks since we never ended up ordering anything. Based on this experience with their customer service, I won’t be returning."
