"I loved the order from this place because it was convenient. I ordered 3 cheese steaks online for delivery. Someone from the store called me five minutes after my order. I did not see the calls I literally called back 5 minutes later from the time she called me, and she asked me for clarification on my orders I answered and went on to try to make sure that the other orders were correct they were suspended. I called back and spoke to another man and made this change with him. After talking to the man, my food arrived like 10 minutes later and was wrong as if I knew. I called the store and the lady on the phone was so rude that this is not her fault, because the delivery driver was already out when I first called her back. What makes no sense because it was a total of 15 minutes after my order when we spoke and I ordered 3 cheese steaks? Anyway, if you knew the order was wrong, why not tell your delivery driver to come back. Or even tell me he was out? Then my husband called her back, she argued with him and then hanged up, he tried to call back and she picked up the phone and put it back. As a company, you should satisfy your customers. It was only 1 of the 3 cheese steaks that had to be repaired, it doesn't need anything to make another in the right way and send it out. Terrible terrible customer service."

"The food was flavorful, but as someone else stated, the shrimp was cooked dirty. Sangria wasn't very strong, yet very refreshing on a hot summer day. The waiter was awful. No personality, forgot my chips and salsa, had to ask even. They came after my meal. I asked for beans instead of rice, but got rice anyway. There are better choices nearby. You have to pay at the register, no table service which is super lame today."

"We had an excellent experience at the restaurant yesterday, where we hosted our daughter's birthday party. The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and everyone found something to enjoy, even though it was primarily a bowling party. There are so many different games to keep the kids entertained. The manager, Drake, was very attentive to our needs, and our server, Kyla, did an amazing job keeping our drinks filled. I also had a lovely conversation with another manager, Tony. We will definitely return for another birthday party in the future!"

"I’m really one that doesn’t complain once about a restaurant I’m very nice and patient when things go wrong but tonight I’m absolutely DISGUSTED!! We went to a restaurant and it was our first time eating there. We ordered our food everything was going fine until someone walked by then instant stench of sewage and it never went away I don’t know if it was coming from the bathroom because I realized we were close by it or if it was coming from the dish room I don’t really know! Then food comes im eating my food and I seen out the corner of my eye something running towards my leg before I could lift my foot up a RODENT!!! Touched my foot! I’m wearing crocks with no socks and I literally jumped and hit the plate and the table across from me a little boy yelled rat! I then waited for the waitress to come that didn’t seem surprised on what happened and finally before I left the manager or owner came up too us and apologized and said they have had this problem for a year!!! This is not okay!"

"We have been eating here for years and love the atmosphere and food and staff. However, it seems that things are slacking when we come in. If asked, I let them know what went wrong. I tip $10 dollars every time we go there except today. It just seems like they don't care about the service and food we get. Today, not once did anyone come by to fill my wife's coffee and they made sure others were getting coffee. I asked why was the burger cut in half? The cook said they cut the burger to make sure it is cooked properly. A cook should know how meat is cooked without cutting. And since when the other cook does not do that. It make for a sloppy mess. Not only was it cut in half but, 1 side was broke in half and he served it. They have a lot of business so I don't think they care if they loose customers. Its sad because I really like this place and people should go there. I don't like to complain and I tip for service not food. However, I do like to get what I pay for and expect good service."

"We ordered the Brawny Lad Special from which the waitress told us. She matched my wishes and it was delicious! It came with fries that were good. Sibley was our waitress and she was great! What a pleasure she was and also very good service. She ensured that everything was to our satisfaction, and I noticed that she did the same to the people around us that she served. I'll come back to let her wait for me!"

"Stopped here for lunch and it did not disappoint!! The staff were so friendly and on top of everything. My water glass was never more than half empty which is huge for me because I drink a lot of water! Got a bacon cheeseburger with avacado and fries. The burger was cooked to perfection and has to be one of the best I have had in quite some time! Bacon was crispy avacado was fresh and the brioche bun was fresh and delicious! Fries were evenly cooked and yummy! We will definitely be back."
