"The food was good, but the overall experience was disappointing due to unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. There were issues of discrimination and unhygienic conditions as well. During the Onam Sadya, the rice was served cold, and the curries were ice cold, as if they had come straight from the refrigerator. There was no drinking water available, and the moru curry was stale and had a foul smell. The sambar was unappetizing, thick like cake, lacking sweetness and only containing dal. The portion of the lonely (traditional accompaniment) was less than a tablespoon, and the staff member was rude when I asked for more sambar. I will definitely not be returning!"
