"I ordered the soup, and it was decent, but nothing special. It wasn't too strong in flavor, which I appreciated. The other dish was a fish fillet served with rice. The portion was quite generous, moderately spicy, and came with a good amount of rice, though there could have been more fish. They provided fresh water, but it was just regular tap water with an unappealing taste. When I requested mineral water instead ($2), they brought me a small plastic bottle of regular spring water for $1."

"This Indian restaurant is fantastic! The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I've always noticed this restaurant but never had the chance to try it until now, and I was missing out! The chicken Makhani was delicious, as well as the fig naan bread and pistachio dessert. Everything was fresh and the restaurant was clean. The service was exceptional as well, with the two guys going above and beyond to accommodate my food request and ensure my boyfriend was happy with his naan filling. This extra effort speaks volumes about their top-notch customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"I usually take photos of restaurant interiors and exteriors, but I forgot to do so this time since I was at the end of a long day of traveling through Michigan on my way home. While browsing Yelp for an Indian/Mediterranean restaurant to try, I found this one and decided to place an online order. The food was ready right when the app promised, and the restaurant's interior was clean with standard decor. It's located in a small shopping center, conveniently accessible from the interstate. The food was excellent; I particularly enjoyed the Masala sauce they provided, and there was a generous portion of rice (I can't recall if I ordered extra). I ended up with enough food for several meals, and I was left feeling very satisfied. I would definitely return during future trips. As someone with Celiac disease, I had no issues afterwards. While I can't comment on other dishes, the dish I ordered (without the naan) is definitely gluten-free."

"I used to frequent this restaurant a lot in 2020, and the food was well prepared and extremely flavorful. I moved away for about 3 years and returned to Columbia MD not long ago. And the very first place I made sure to visit was Chutney. Well, unfortunately, I’m incredibly disappointed with the food I recv’d today. It was soooo bland and had absolutely NO flavor!!! I spent close to $30 for my meal and ended up throwing half of it in the trash. Not sure what happened in the three years I was gone, if they have a new chef or what. But the food was really bad. I don’t even think I can chance it giving them another try in the event that today was just a one off. $30 down the drain. What a huge disappointment. Smh"

"Today was my second time here. It’s probably the best Indian food I’ve had in our area. The butter chicken was excellent and so was the masala. Naan was perfectly cooked. We loved everything we ordered. On my first visit there a month ago my brother and I were raving about the food. Next thing we know we were given two complimentary cups of mango lassi! They were so rich and flavorful. The prices are incredibly reasonable and portion sizes larger than most places I’ve been to for Indian food. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want really good Indian food with friendly service."

"We have been eating at this restaurant for many years. The aroma of Indian spices is delightful upon entering the restaurant. The service is good. The wine list is small but has a good selection of reasonably priced wines. Everything is wonderfully spiced and seasoned. There is always extra hot sauce available at your table if you would like to elevate the temperature of your dinner. I especially like the weekend buffet which starts on Friday. I am not usually a buffet person but this is especially tasty. The naan bread is outstanding and on occasion we have been served fresh garlic naan bread at our table at no extra cost. The restaurant is not fancy but it is clean. This is a fine ethnic restaurant with excellent prices, service and delicious food."

"very bad experience. very bad service. there is no negative option, minimum is 2, so 2*. be not authentic taste especially sambar and chutney. not healthy over oily. I ordered parrotta and asked little cup raitha and I will be asked to pay extra $150 for it. he is shocked! they already calculate a high price compared to any Indian restaurant (all other restaurant has made this type of dingen happy available. Never before had such problems with any restaurant) . $1.50 is just a small carry. but after such a high price they are over fee. that really cooks and how they are treated is bad. I know this is all because branding and people accept it. idly, vada is really small and very expensive (compare price with any restaurant). I have seen the restaurant in irving that they keep lonely, several types of chutney out to serve us the amount we need. branding alone is not necessary. we need qualitatiw high quality food and quality."

"Menu was extensive with virtually every typical Indian dish. Service was quick and thorough. The white linen tablecloths were a very nice touch. We shared several dishes including butter chicken, tandoori chicken tikka, aloo gobi, vegetable briyani and pakora. All were prepared nicely. "I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Aman's since they opened their first location in East Norriton. Without a doubt, they offer the best Indian cuisine in the area, complemented by excellent service and immaculate cleanliness. It's also convenient to have a branch nearby for takeout. The only reason I'm not giving them a full 5 stars is the portion sizes at dinner compared to the price. Their lunch offers an incredible all-you-can-eat deal for just $13 per person, but dinner costs nearly double, and it’s often disappointing to find that the entree portions are so small that you find yourself counting the pieces of meat."

"This restaurant advertised Hyderabadi-style biryani, but when I ordered the goat biryani, I was disappointed to find that they simply topped lamb curry with chicken biryani rice from the buffet. I even discovered pieces of chicken in my goat biryani. If I specifically order goat, I expect goat—not lamb or chicken. While many might not notice the difference, I certainly can. A simple solution would be to inform customers if goat is not available, as I personally dislike lamb. Aside from this issue, I found the food to be just okay, especially since there were no other options available after 2:30 PM."
