"I tried the DominiCubano, which is packed with smoked pork chops, shredded pernil, a secret garlic-based sauce, mozzarella, Swiss cheese, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, and a mix of ketchup and mayo. It was a fantastic sandwich!
The Yaroa is a Dominican casserole made with fries topped with shredded beef, chicken, melted mozzarella, ketchup, mayo, and cheddar cheese. It's definitely indulgent! The fried plate, which includes pork, chicken chunks, Dominican sausage (longaniza), salami, fried cheese, steak, pig ears, and smoked pork chops served with sweet potatoes, fries, or fried plantains, is a feast for the eyes and taste buds. The pig ear was particularly interesting, with a slightly tart and chewy texture.
Don’t miss out on the homemade flan cocho, a flan cake topped with tres leche. It was absolutely delicious! I even took a slice home to enjoy later."
