"After placing our orders, we were pleasantly surprised when a gentleman stopped by our table with a complimentary cucumber salad since we were new to the restaurant—delicious! When our meals arrived, two dishes in our party turned out to be too spicy for our taste, but Rocky swiftly took them back and had them replaced. She returned with the new dishes in no time, and they were much better.
We also indulged in dessert to celebrate my friend's birthday and retirement, and once again, everything was excellent! When the check arrived, we noticed that they charged us only for the two meals that were replaced and two desserts. It made for a truly wonderful evening, and I will definitely return. Kudos to Rocky and the entire team at Big Bowl Roseville for their delicious food and outstanding customer service!"
