"Kristy was ok, but not too notch for a 'bistro '. The name sounded like a fancy place. The only thing fancy was the price. $30 for a burger and 'deep fries spring roll '?!? Is that an Arkansas thing? Greasy fried mini cooked something. Definitely not like any spring rolls we eat on a regular basis, all over the country. The bistro, was located in a room off the hotel, as restaurant under construction. No wonder the place was barren. They don 't answer the phone at all! The $15 burger, dry meat, wimpy 'crispy Bacon 's and the bun, so wimpy, greasy and inedible. Ate the burger without. The tickets is so screwed up. Worst place to eat, was told it was good by hotel upon checking in. Bad recommendation. I can see why it has a 3.2 rating. Someone, maybe mgr, is doing some skimming as this check sucks at addition.... Definitely won 't be using holiday Inn in Blythville anymore, as we have many times the last decade. Will continue to sikeston mo next time. After 8 plus hours driving, very disappointing place."
