"Our first time here. Very disorganized no direction or signs on where ordering and pick up is. The staff have zero personality or customer service, my Husband asked where we pick up and the man behind the counter literally yelled, “WE CALL IT OUT WHEN READY, BE PATIENT!” Staff seemed very unhappy. Nobody was pleasant or even smiling. The ice cream was little to be desired, nothing special. My hard scoop had freezer burn on it and I didn’t bother to address it because of the chaotic lines and the unwelcome feeling we had. I threw it out. Maybe you all have a team meeting and discuss the importance of customer service and even a smile! And check your product regularly! We are so turned off by this place. we won’t return."
